Appartamenti a Mont-Tremblant

L'hotel è rustico ma il lavoro è fatto. Non fritte, ma grande valore per il prezzo. I punti sono il fuoco del gas, il tubo caldo per dopo sci, e la vicinanza alla gondola che vi porta alla base della montagna. Le camere sono state molto sp****, letti eccezionali, asciugamani rigidi, letti insufficienti, bar o ristorante all'hotel. Ma le disfunzioni erano sovrascontrate dal valore e dalla posizione. Potete rimanere al Fairmont per il doppio del prezzo, ma trascorrere tutto il vostro tempo sulla montagna, non nella stanza dell'hotel. Abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio riscaldato sotto l'hotel e non abbiamo usato la nostra auto una volta. Puoi camminare ovunque nel villaggio entro 5-10min. La sciazione era fantastica, la scuola di sci per i bambini era perfetta, e se ordinate i biglietti di sollevamento prima di tempo potete chiedere che li consegnano direttamente all'hotel. Grande viaggio, saremo di nuovo!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Comfortable room with a fully equipped kitchen, where we cooked meals from scratch on several of the days. Bed was comfortable, and housekeeping staff were great, as all minor concerns addressed quickly either by front desk or housekeeping. We loved how close we were to the slopes, not quite ski in and out but like 50m from the lifts. Proper locked ski storage was a huge plus. The beautiful outdoor hot tub was the perfect temperature, and the dry sauna was awesome as well, we utilized both pretty much on all days after our ski adventures. Breakfast every morning was the standard eggs, sausage, hash for the hot portion and cereals, yogurt, fruit for the cold - we enjoyed it because it tasted fresh to us on at least 4 out of the 5 days. Little details like crushed walnuts and raisins for the cereals and the availability of hot oats was really nice. One day we were scrambling and arrived just as the stations were closing so no surprise there that breakfast was not as good. Indoor parking was available on site. Special shout out to the professional staff at the front desk, one lady seemed to be there all day and night on all five days haha so it appeared, and she was always willing to help. Tip: if anybody in the party has mobility issues be sure to request a room on one level. We will return on our next trip to Mount Tremblant.

Se c'è tempo per guidare più di dieci minuti per andare in città, c'è più negozio, ma la porta è chiusa presto. Il parcheggio dei passeggeri alla porta dell'hotel è 50 e più, ma è conveniente. La macchina apre direttamente la porta dell'hotel. Li consegni per aiutarti a parcheggiare. Quando vuoi usare l'auto, la macchina si dirige direttamente alla porta. La macchina ha più neve e ti aiuterà a pulire.L'hotel può anche tenere caldo. Le strutture della stanza sono vecchie, le gallerie sono ancora pulite, e sono anche dotate di un pozzo di acqua calda.

My family of four (two adults and two teens) had a lovely stay here for five nights. Pros: - fantastic location--close to the top of the Cabriolet (1.5-minute gondola ride to and from top and bottom of pedestrian village) and the bottom of the Telecabine (covered, 10-minute gondola ride to and from the summit of mountain) - our one-bedroom was spacious and had so much storage space, including extra hooks on the wall to hang our parkas and snowpants - fully stocked kitchen for four people - missing amenities were only a phone call away (there were no linens or blankets for the sofa bed when we arrived to the room) - ski-in/ski-out privileges so convenient! Storage lockers are in the basement--we parked our car close to the locker room so we changed into and out of our ski boots from our trunk - locks available for lockers if needed. We brought our own Dudley locks; we easily stored four sets of skis and poles into two lockers - staying on site meant that we could access ski lifts one hour before the general public (7:45 instead of 8:30--but they unofficially start operating the Telecabine at 7:30) Cons: - very expensive and there were no deals during high season - hot tub and gym out of service due to Covid restrictions - there is only one set of elevators (two elevators) for the entire hotel so there could be a wait during busy times - no night skiing - very cold (but we were fine as we dressed in layers) - the Telecabine line can be over 30 minutes long after 11:00 am--take advantage of early access! - as well, the runs are over-crowded after 11:00--I was fearful of skiing into people or having people ski into me at all times. The runs first thing in the morning were absolutely lovely. - The hotel is situated halfway up a hill. The gondolas are at the top of that hill (steps away) and it can be VERY taxing walking up the rest of the hill with ski boots on while carrying all the ski gear to get to the Telecabine line. Instead, ski down the rest of the hill and take the Cabriolet up. The top of the Cabriolet is situated right across (and on flat land!) from the bottom of the Telecabine--we learned the hard way how much less taxing this way is!

I honestly don't even know where to begin and never leave reviews but I feel like whats going on inside this place needs to be made more known to the public. From the very beginning, the blonde old receptionist sent us to the wrong hotel room with all of our luggage - TWICE. After trying to break into some other poor families room in the middle of the night, we called her and not only did she not even care and made us luggage everything back, but she lectured us about where we parked our car. Which, by the way, doesn't even matter. Considering we paid for a full weekends parking in the hotels garage but the entire garage was full with no parking for us because ”people sneak in on busy weekends and towing says its too busy to enter the village today”- as per ”Remi”, the receptionist. The hotel refused to reimburse us for this because there were parking options on the other side of the village which is not what we paid for. ESPECIALLY with all the ski and snowboarding equipment. While I will say that the room was nice, I dont trust the bed either. I'm not sure if its a reaction to the detergent used for the sheets but I'd really like to believe that the reaction on my arm wasn't from bed bugs.. On check out when we raised all of our concerns to receptionist, ”Remi”, he interrupted us in the middle of our convection to say ”Please to stop talking” because a call was coming in and told us to ”please go to the side because its rude to keep people waiting on the phone”. As it wasn't rude to completely disacknowledge our entire conversation. Which went no where, we were told to just write an email to the hotel when we get home and given no reimbursement for the parking we never received. Worst stay of my life. They have some SERIOUS customer service and staff training issues they need to address.. after investing in a better garage security system and new bedding.

Lovely hotel with a unique loft style room, nice balcony, pool and hot tubs. We had a great time here, the room was nice and was pretty clean though slightly dated. The beds were super comfy and the front desk staff were really nice and friendly. Special shout out to Clara and Dominique! The location can't be beat, being in the pedestrian village, very close to the cabriolet gondolas. Breakfast was really nice, not too crowded. The hot tubs were such a nice treat! We would definitely stay here again!

Fu data una camera di due storie. Era orribile. La stanza era molto datata con pareti buie, pesante carta da parati, mobili inconfortabili, vecchi apparecchi in cucina. Doveva scendere circa 15 scale per andare a letto, che non è divertente per una coppia pensionata. Il servizio in camera non esisteva. La vista era una foresta. Il viaggio dall'ascensore alla nostra camera era in una lunga, buia strada. Non c'era modo di controllare il condizionamento dell'aria, quindi la camera era congelata. Solo il beneficio era il fuoco di gas che abbiamo usato per riscaldare. L'hotel stesso era in ottima posizione - nel cuore del villaggio di Mont Tremblant. Camminando a tutto - andare auto, salire su rock, rimorchiare zip, trampolino, ristoranti. Abbondanza per le famiglie da fare. Certamente una costosa destinazione turistica! Due caffè (1 piccolo, 1 grande) costa $9.00. Lunghe lineup di sera per qualsiasi ristorante.

We have been going to the grand lodge for years. We have always had excellent service. This time we could see the lack of staff on premises. Upon arrival we found out one of the elevator was broken and when we asked when it would be repaired they had no clue and we were travelling with a handicap person. During our stay the second elevator broke and we were forced to use the stairs. There were no life guards and the beach restaurant was closed. The power went out due to a storm and there was no hot water the next morning. One of the rooms we rented the ac was frozen when we arrrived and didnt work they had to change our room whcih were adjoining. In another of our rooms the microwave broke they did come and ifx it but the screen on the balcony was broken when we arrived and it remained unrepaired allowing flies to.coem in. In general the staff we did encounter were pleasant. It is evident that management and ownership have changed and as they try to renovate it is understandable that there will be issues however in all our years we never encountered so many issues in one visit.

Bel posto ma un po 'disturbato . Abbiamo aspettato due ore per avere la nostra camera. Le persone della ricezione erano pazienti nonostante l’insoddisfazione di molte persone. Nessun ristorante in loco. Nessun acqua nella piscina interna. Due bagni che è molto buono per una famiglia. Piscina esterna bene così come il jacuzzi. Camera pulita e confortevole.
