With Ventura being a coastal town, it's very rare that you would even think of needing it, but on a rare occasions, temperatures might get a bit warmer than normal. Open doors & windows are usually more than enough but just be aware when booking!- As described, this is just blocks from downtown, which means it's near some main streets and car traffic noises.- Washer and dryer are COIN LAUNDRY in a separate building in the apartment complex.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
