Villino molto bello, giardino curato e con piscina. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile, colazione buona abbondante, servita in giardino su un tavolino apparecchiato in modo impeccabile e con il caffè preparato con la moka (meraviglioso!). Una piccola pecca il collaboratore asiatico che parla un italiano molto stentato ma è molto bravo e, purtroppo per noi, la camera: in terrazzo e con una vista magnifica sul mare, ma davvero piccola, senza aria condizionata (c’è un ventilatore), troppo luminosa la mattina presto (persiane e assenza di tende non aiutano) e nel complesso un po’ vecchiotta, anche nella biancheria del bagno.

One beautiful villa hosted by a most charming hostess , welcome drinks hot or cold , large gardens , beautiful rooms large and extremely clean , breakfast plenty to choose from all fresh also offered omelettes or fried eggs , not far from railway station 5 minutes walk ,has plenty of parking out front.

We chose BUBA BnB Superior because of the highly flattering reviews. Our purpose in going to Anzio was to visit the Beachhead where our Marines landed in 1944, as well as the War Museum and the British Cemetery. Unfortunately, the post-pandemic experience at this lovely country house was less than we had hoped for. The hostess Cornelia, was lovely and accommodating, but we had the sense she was tired of it all. Our room had a spacious balcony looking out over the lovely old beach houses of Anzio, but that was the highlight of the room. The bathroom was almost impossible to maneuver, and my husband and I decided everything is just tired here at BUBA. We wonder if everyone is happy ?? Parking is nearby so OK. The following day, when we went to leave we wanted to make sure we owed her nothing but she was not available; when I approached an elderly gentleman to inquire of her whereabouts, his attitude was less than friendly, so this experience just added to the downside of it all. We wish everyone at BUBA well, but we cannot recommend this B&B very highly.

Отличный мини отель. Прекрасная небольшая территория, бассейн, терраса для завтраков. Гостиная с камином, старинная мебель. Было ощущение, что мы приехали в гости к старым знакомым. Камелия очаровательная хозяйка. Встретила нас на вокзале, когда мы уезжали довезли до вокзала, не смотря на то, что было очень раннее утро. Пару раз подвозила нас на пляж. Порекомендовала отличный ресторан, куда мы потом каждый день и ходили. Завтраки нам очень понравились. Было все очень вкусно, по домашнему. Расположение достаточно удачное, особенно для тех кто на машине. Пешком до центра минут 20-30, до пляжа минут 15. До вокзала минут 7 ходьбы. Если будем ещё в том районе, то обязательно остановимся у Корнелии.
