We are small family travelling a lot. This was our biggest dissappoitment in terms of accomodation and I promise we are not picky. We dont need luxury accomodation but this was huge dissapoitment. Please read if you travel with kids. Also they are rennovating now and its messy and noisy what somebody might find unplessant. We have choosen this hotel because it offered children playground and softplay and also it looked like it has outdoor sitting area right next to the playground. None of this was available for us during our stay. First of all , while doing checkin ,the receptionist told us very clearly that indoor softplay isnt open. This dissappointed our 4 years old daughter. She was crying when we told her what receptionist said. The receptionist also said “but you can go to playground” and she pointed to outdoor playground on the map of area. Relieved we said ,ok that will do. We took our daughter there on that day and we been said by another member of staff in the TOC restaurant that “ No it isnt open” . apparently it was opened only for some birthday party and he also told us it isnt going to be open next day either. At that point i must say i was thinking about check out and go to find different place but we decided to manage and find some alternative plan how to entartain her. After couple of days I went to reception to ask about another matter and meanwhile I mentioned how dissapointed I was with no kids activities and I been told that softplay was actually open! So apparently previous receptionist gave me wrong information. That should not be happening. Not in “family friendly 4* hotel. Too bad. She also told me to go to outdoor playground apparently it was also opened that day but what a joke as it was heavy raining that day. Another bad experience was that my husband ordered himself packed breakfast for following morning as he went for sport event and they said of course ,told him to come to collect it at reception. To his bad surprise there was nothing for him next day morning. We asked then refund of money which they did. But come on - this should have not happened either in 4* hotel. He went to his sport event and had to stop at supermarket for food. Very inconvinient. They didnt give us any apology in form of free dinner or so.That I would be expecting at least. Night before our checkout , we got letter through the door saying breakfast will be in different place as our part of the hotel was under the renovation.Fine thats ok. Renovation was going on there during our stay but it wasnt disturbing us much, a bit messy and dusty but it was only on our way out and as I said we are not picky, so didnt feel much bothered by this . But what was again disspointing was standard of breakfast . That changed on that day so much that it was not worth 2* hotel. Very ,very bad. They didnt just move breakfast to other part of the complex,they did not provide the same breakfast we had other days.It was only about 1/2 of selection so again

La posizione è un po' sbagliata perché è sulla strada con curve. Ha l'hotel in un sito e spa e bar in un altro edificio ... per andare al spa devi andare bagnato per strada ... La cena e il servizio buoniiiisimo

I know that a review has to be balanced, and therefore it is probably best to start with the positives. The hotel location is spectacular, the swimming pool is decent and the grounds are well kept. Upon arrival, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. After that, there are huge problems with the hotel. The room is tired looking, with a slight musty smell and decor in need of an upgrade. The bed is an old wooden number that has seen better days and creaks like a pirates galleon. The room is boiling hot, with no functional air control. It has, thus far, been one of the worst nights sleep of my life. However, the main thing to avoid is the restaurant. For dinner, the kitchen serves a grand total of 5 dishes - 3 starters and 2 mains (pork and salmon - vegans should count themselves lucky not to be catered for). For starter, I had a ‘focaccia’ that was essentially a thick, tasteless doorstop bread of the type my bad grammar school used to serve to keep us sedated. This was covered in a layer of greasy cheese-adjacent substance and what could generously be described as ‘ham’. My wife had a goats (‘gods’ according to the menu, though what kind of benevolent deity would have inflicted this meal upon His children remains to be seen) cheese parcel. The parcel was about as well received as an Amazon Prime delivery that has been booted over next door’s fence. Onto the main, and the ‘pork’ was fatty and undercooked, served with a few slices of poorly fried potato that seemed to subliminally scream the word ‘sorry’. My wife’s salmon was an insult to a fishes’ memory - slimy and unappealing, tossed carelessly on some tired lettuce and a few beetroot cubes. The price of €25 per person may have been reasonable if that was the amount we were being paid to eat it. The most ridiculous part of the evening though was the service. About 10 waiters hovered around the dining room, a number that seems high until you realise that a separate team member performs each task. Drinks and bread was one waitress. Ordering food was a waiter. Delivery of the starter was another waiter. Another waitress collected the plates. Another brought the cutlery for the main. Another brought the main. Another dressed in a full bomb disposal suit delivered the bill. After a while it becomes obvious that it is a strategy to diminish responsibility through collectivisation - it’s like a philosophical conundrum- if a crap meal is served but no one actually served it, did it really happen? Unfortunately for us, the answer is yes, and I still have ten hours trying to sleep in this unbearable inferno. On this occasion, rather than ‘gods’ cheese, I suspect that both the meal and the room have been designed by the other guy…

I thought this place was great value, clean/comfortable/warm. Only 5minute walk to the gondola to get up the slopes. Plenty of cafes & restaurants close by. Also plenty of shops to rent ski gear. About 15 minute drive by taxi to the main bus station. Very happy with my stay here :)

Questo è un hotel molto grande con 10 piani, di cui 3 sono sotterranei. Il piano terra ha la reception e un'area molto grande bar. I prossimi 5 piani sono camere con il piano superiore con piscina e jacuzzi. Il primo piano verso il basso era dove si trovavano il ristorante e la cucina, forse per circa 200 persone. I due piani inferiori, il parcheggio auto e le scierie. La mia stanza era al quinto piano, servito da due ascensori. La camera era grande con un sacco di spazio di magazzinaggio, una TV, un minibar e un desk. La camera era grande e aveva un bagno, una doccia e un bagno insieme al bagno comune. Ci erano molte tovaglie e toilette complimentari. Il ristorante era un buffet e c'era abbondante.Il colazione aveva il prezzo usuale di cereali, frutta, carne e formaggio, così come il vostro colazione cucinata inglese. Tuttavia, stranamente, potresti avere riso con il tuo colazione. Il pranzo è stato servito tra 7.30 e 10pm, molto grande scelta e tutto fresco, avevo 4 corsi ogni notte, ogni pasto era eccellente. Un riferimento per il personale, ognuno era sorridente, utile e cortese e pensavo molto duro. Dopo due giorni, non ho nemmeno dovuto ordinare un drink al bar, perché il barista sapeva cosa avevo e mi l'avevo portato, un grande servizio. Il servizio di massaggio è stato molto buono e valeva il denaro, ma il gondola è stato a circa 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel e vi ha portato direttamente alla zona sciistica principale. In generale, l'hotel e la città stessa erano eccellenti. La zona sciistica è piccola per essere giusta, ma è grande per principianti e intermediari. Le corse nere sono state chiuse quando ero lì.

Amazing location for the slopes - there is direct access to the gondola from the hotel and lockers to store your ski gear. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good bar/restaurant attached. Nice, clean kitchen in the basement and a chill out area on the top floor. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a quad room with a private bathroom. We liked the room - it had good soundproofing so no disturbance at night, comfy beds and lovely hot showers. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

currently here now. fantastic location and staff are very friendly at reception however that's about as good as it gets... very basic rooms no kettle or tea/ coffee making facilities, looks a little tired but overall the decor is ok. trying to find anything in the hotel is a maze you end up in the underground parking lot looking for ski lockers and spa facilities. was told spa facilities are on -2 which was not the case they are -1 and then down a few steps but cannot be accessed from the -2 parking lot.. if you stay at this hotel do not at all costs go to their spa facilities it costs an additional €10 per person for 1 hour the read up of it sounds amazing turkish baths, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna , no chidlren allowed relaxation... got there the lady on reception was not very friendly borderline rude she rolled her eyes at us when she asked if we had flip flops and swim cap to which the anwser was no (reception didnt tell us this on booking) so we got charged extra ti use theirs as you cannot go in without, the jacuzzi was like a Luke warm bath the jets not strong, the pool was like a paddling pool couldn't swim lengths, and it was freezing, the Turkish spa small room with plastic seating and dirty looking... and there was a young child in there spashing around in the pool...no changing rooms when we had got out the jacuzzi and asked where to get changed the women shook her head said no changing room... had to get changed into clothes wet and walk through the hotel... the food is mediocre good enough to get by but winning no awards.. their hot chocolate is incredible though I must admit! on a busy noisy road, there's 4 floors which have an open central area meaning it is very noisy with people walking through the hotel up until late. beds are not comfy 2 singles pushed together with 2single duvets. overall wouldn't stay here again

Bastante céntrico, a unos 5-8 minutos andando. El colchón y la almohada muy cómodos. Tienen opción de parking por 15€, leyendo otros comentarios dicen que es bastante complicado aparcar, en nuestro caso con un coche familiar, sin problema.
