RRonald DudleyI'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

E'molto conveniente mangiare e fare la strada del pranzo.E'stato appena decorato, la stanza ha ancora un sapore, e il suono dell'aria condizionata è molto grande.La qualità del colazione non è molto alta, non c'è latte dei bambini.

UUtente ospite第一次駕車8個小時來到安陽，我們駕車所經過的道路規劃非常整齊，城市整體很新，節奏不快，我們遇到的安陽人都很隨和熱情！這次入住了東苑酒店，剛開業不久，我預訂的時候攜程上衹有兩條評價，我看了酒店的圖片查詢了位置後還是忐忑得預訂了，事實證明，這次預訂給了我很大的驚喜！首先，酒店位置非常好，對自駕的遊客很友善，車位充足，距離兩個博物館都不遠，又避開了住在鬧市的擁擠和喧囂。第二，酒店的服務員們都非常熱情友善且有禮貌，這裏要表揚一下前台小姚和幾個幫我們拿行李的小夥子，入住時小姚還非常有心地發了幾家特色餐館的建議給我們。第三，我們定了自助早餐，但第一天沒有提供自助早餐，作為補償，酒店送了非常精美的水果，同時也給了我們自己出門品嚐劉靈扁粉菜早餐的機會。第四，酒店的硬件極其高端，衞浴是漢斯格雅和杜拉維特的，浴缸是Pietra Bianca的，衞生間都用了純天然天然大理石裝修，配有獨立的衣帽間，非常高端！房間也非常大，2米的大床足夠睡我們一家三口！吧枱還給配了精美的茶壺。茶几上擺放了一本非常好看的書《博物館裏的中國》，房間的味道也不怎麼明顯了。酒店的游泳池非常乾淨，泳池小哥哥人也很好，淋浴間提供了乾淨的毛巾和礦泉水，還有汗蒸房。我入住的第二天據説是酒店第一次開始提供早餐自助餐，菜品的質量還是可以的，但畢竟第一次開餐，種類有點少，沒有麪包，咖啡不錯，咖啡機是FRANKE的。從酒店硬件的各個細節都能看得出酒店的投資方和設計師是非常注重品質的，我們這次家庭出行能訂到這樣的酒店，真可以用驚喜來形容。孩子最後走的時候非常不捨，安陽這座城市和東苑酒店讓我們對安陽的印象實在太好了！要説有什麼不足，餐廳一位服務員郭XX的做法實在讓我很生氣。早餐時我在咖啡裏喝出了一衹蚊子，本來是很小的事情，我拿喝到一半的咖啡給她看咖啡裏的蚊子，我的本意是想提醒她以後要注意一下衞生，我沒拍照也不想有其他操作，結果這位大姐先是拿着我的杯子左右搖晃，大概是想把蚊子晃到咖啡裏，然後告訴我拿給經理看看，結果就消失了，等她再出現在我的視線裏，我問她經理説啥，她説經理説那是新咖啡機裏的咖啡渣，讓我放心飲用！哇這句話簡直要氣死我了！古有指鹿為馬，今有郭姓服務員指蚊子為咖啡渣！我強壓住自己的怒火去找了經理，我問經理剛才那杯咖啡裏的東西到底是不是蚊子？！經理説了對不起，已經讓服務員再打一杯給我，我説她一沒有告訴我您的處理結果，拿着我的杯子就消失了，二沒有再打一杯咖啡給我，我衹想知道杯子裏的蚊子是咖啡渣的話是誰説的，經理最後承認了不是咖啡渣是蚊子。我生氣的不是這衹蚊子，而是服務員睜眼説瞎話，顛倒黑白的行為，太沒誠信了，望酒店引以為戒，這是安陽之行唯一的瑕疵。
