UUtente ospiteRoom is spacious and well lighted. Service personnel Miss 小敏was friendly and cheerful every time when we met. Special thanks to Mr 小路 at the courtesy desk whom went out of his way to help me to settle my taxi ride to a local auto services app where I don’t have access to. Also, the hotel has a free self served laundry room on level 17th, very convenience for people on a long journey. The only drawback is dining, the hotel is located at a newly developed section of the city, a bit challenge to look for restaurants without a car, not many options within walking distance. On the other hand ,not many hotels in this city are alpproved to take foreigners due to local regulations. So this hotel is still a good pick if you ever come to visit.

Hholybless選酒店的時候糾結在開元名都和字都酒店之間，最後因為就在文字博物館裏就近選了字都酒店。
酒店環境和設施出乎意料的好，lobby是現代中式風格，顏色燈光配的非常好，佈局布展非常有設計感，向來不怎麼愛拍酒店的我都忍不住拍了幾張。
服務必須點贊，入住給主動升級了行政套房。還送了自製花茶（很不錯）和早餐。逛了lobby的展區，買了幾個紀念品物美價廉工藝上乘，後來在殷墟看到同樣的貴了不少。
離店時小姐姐送了紀念團扇，才發現展廳有很多免費的紀念章可以敲。有十二生肖的甲骨文字章，還有玄鳥、亞長牛尊等代表文物的印章，非常漂亮，忍不住玩了好一會兒。建議客人入住的時候就送團扇帶敲章哈。
強烈推薦大家來安陽體驗這家酒店，絕對不虛此行！

UUtente ospiteIl giorno dopo andare a Red Liang e vivere in questo hotel.La stanza è molto spaziosa, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono, la colazione è buona, anche se la posizione geografica è più lontana, ma il parcheggio è conveniente.C'è un ristorante accanto a lui, di solito ci sono verdure. Mi dispiace che durante il Festival di primavera, il cibo è fornito nel pacchetto e non è stato mangiato verdure.

SShangshanyidaimian是一個天津的小朋友，是一位小學生，我帶着我爸我媽一起來安陽玩一玩，我住在美居酒店服務特別好，有自動窗簾，有自動馬桶而且還能自動沖水，超級大號電視能看百變校巴，離開酒店的時候，那那些姐姐還給我一個禮物，小於小董姐姐服務特別好。下次來安陽説我還要住這個酒店，而且我要住100天。
首先，酒店在高層裡邊有能開的窗子獨立通風這個是非常難得的。其次，酒店免費的提供接站和送站的服務，這個相當的方便，衹要提前三個小時和前台預約就可以。雖然在綜合寫字樓裏，但是酒店有獨立的梯控，這樣很安全。房間裏的各種設備都很新，而且還有小度平板電腦可以使用。有問題找到服務枱很快就能解決，退房時還送給小盆友小禮物很貼心。
酒店的隔音一般，但是這個高層的通病，晚上安靜的時候比較明顯，可能有附近有洗衣房或者風機房房間裏會有共振。

Questa è la mia seconda permanenza all'hotel - la posizione è molto conveniente, soprattutto se arrivate tardi e/o partete presto dalla stazione di Anyang, poiché l'hotel è proprio fuori dalla stazione. Ci sono anche negozi e ristoranti vicino, e il trasporto pubblico è facilmente disponibile. La stanza era pulita, grande e aveva tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Il personale era anche molto gentile. In generale, una grande opzione per un buon prezzo.

Jjosephine17酒店地理位置非常好，對面就是北大街夜市，去各個景點也很方便。雖然設施老舊些，但空調供暖很足，衞生也不錯。但是有2個不太滿意的地方，一個事訂房時留言的要求是要一個“遠離電梯和安靜”的房間，結果安排的房間正對電梯口。本想着這時候酒店旅客不多，也就沒直接要求換房。結果當晚還在旁邊的套房安排了第二天結婚的親友團，第二天早上迎親的人開始吵鬧，樓道都站滿了。另外就是酒店早餐，中式早餐挺多，西式的麪包片就是配草莓醬，沒黃油。對不喜歡吃甜的不方便。
