The services are excellent and very considerate. They have good food and amenities for kids family. There was free of charge cot for babies. The staff are polite and tried to fulfill every need we had.

Very nice hotel. Only 17 rooms. Our room is very spacious. I would have liked to have some outdoor seats. The outdoor hot spring pools are not shared with other guests. The swimming pool is large and well maintained. The food is good and portions are generous. Nice staff too!

A wonderful experience as a relaxing finish to our tour of Fujian. The villas are beautiful and spacious. We spent most of our time outside in and by the refreshing villa pool. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Our direct contact at the hotel was Evelyn who was very competent and kind and even accompanied us for Covid testing and to a tea factory. The restaurant is very good. We enjoyed the high quality delicious food there every night of our stay. Originally we had booked two nights but extended an extra night as we did not want to leave this little oasis so soon.

房間無可挑剔，是我住過最大的別墅酒店，之前在武夷山椿泊住過，院子沒這麼大，前台帥哥還幫我們升級了帶泳池的房間，真是個大驚喜。進屋先遊了個泳，晚上在房間泡了個天然私湯温泉，鐵板燒也是好吃到無敵，女兒説下次一定要再來。

首先我是五一來度假的和老婆兩個人，不是託也不是付費點評，純個人感受絕對真實。總體評價，悦泉行館是我們住過所有度假酒店裡能排得進前三的好度假酒店。環境沒的説作為全球奢侈品牌，整體酒店的裝修非常考究，衞生情況也沒的説，別墅的庭院設計的很好，住宿的舒適度能對得起這個價錢。
重點説一下服務，不管是拉的這個服務羣提前安排，我們的陳管家還有主管經理Stella都非常負責，入住過程中有一些不夠完善的地方相應特別及時。任何酒店體驗客户要的都是態度和應對措施，這一點悦泉行館完全做到了。我們很滿意。
總之推薦給所有來度假的朋友們，這裏值得。

酒店環境非常好，很安靜，到了這裏整個人都放鬆，為了方便隨時服務，為我們建立了專屬服務羣，管家小王盡心盡力服務，此次出行帶了狗狗和鳥，第一次在高端酒店中感受到對寵物的友好，另外也有很多適合小朋友玩的小節目，非常棒的體驗，平時工作非常忙碌，感覺這個五一在悦泉行館充滿了電，下次一定還會再來的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

25年5月1號、2號入住兩晚，超預期的一次入住體驗，很棒。關鍵詞：低密度、天然温泉、功能全面的大房間，是個節假日休閑放鬆的好去處。本來還擔心2012年的裝修會不會比較舊，其實不會，裝修裝飾以木質結構為主，不會顯舊或者過時，最主要的是酒店區域實在太漂亮了。具體説説：
【位置】酒店位於泉州市安溪縣官橋鎮，在山裡，沒有太多遊客，很避世。需要提醒的是，安溪雖然隸屬泉州，但其實酒店這裏離廈門高崎機場比泉州晉江機場更近。出酒店就是官橋鎮上，出門走幾分鐘就有大超市、肯德基，也有很多本地特色的小店（不過很多當地小店都是4點以後才會開門），吃東西什麼的都跟方便。如果打算入住期間去轉周邊的景點，建議到機場以後租個車自駕會更方便；如果是打算在酒店泡泡温泉躺一躺，就無所謂了。
【設施】酒店區域綠化很好，很漂亮。這裏主打的就是天然温泉了，每個房間裏面有室內池；户外也有泡池，但是需要提前30分鐘左右預約，因為需要清理和放水的時間，服務人員會提醒如果人多可能會排隊，我們是下午2-3點去泡的，幾乎沒人，所以也沒等。泡户外池的時候會有大姐送來薑茶和泡好的鐵觀音（圖5），非常貼心。户外池還是很舒服的，時間夠的話建議體驗一下。
【服務】入住期間服務人員都很熱心，管家添加了微信以後入住期間會拉服務羣，有什麼問題或者需求在羣裏説完響應都很快。辦入住的時候會送上酒店自己泡的冷泡鐵觀音茶，很好喝！出門逛的時候管前台要礦泉水時，也會主動問要不要再帶上冷泡茶（當然要了哈哈）。酒店有夜床服務，會送甜湯，但是夜床時間會有點晚，大概20點多，如果需要提前做夜床可以和管家説，就會提前給你做，我們第二天就要求提前到17-18點做夜床了。
【餐食】酒店有中餐廳和一個鐵板燒餐廳，如果要在酒店用午餐或者晚餐需要提前和酒店説，因為要準備食材。我們第一天到的中午吃了688一位的鐵板燒，味道很好！食材很新鮮，師傅燒的也好 值得體驗。後面除了早飯基本就都跑到鎮裏去吃當地特色的小吃了。酒店早飯是全自助的，品類沒有非常多，但品質很好，煮檔很不錯，特色是可以泡鐵觀音並且給你一套簡單的茶具和熱水壺讓你慢慢喝，還挺好的。説到鐵觀音，安溪是鐵觀音發源地，酒店有個參觀鐵觀音集團的活動項目，如果時間寬裕值得去看看，那裡五幾年就建廠，現在有個小型的展廳，還有一些早前的製茶設備，有講解員講當地鐵觀音的一些歷史和工藝，並且能帶着參觀存放鐵觀音的倉庫，還挺好的。
悦泉在當地應該很出名，這次無論是在景區遊覽還是在當地小店吃東西、買東西，和當地人聊起天來對方都知道悦泉，可能因為是當地最好酒店的緣故吧。總得來説是很好一個放鬆身心的地方，值得一住。希望悦泉越來越好，期待下次再加！

房間設施很好，很多項目可以體驗，藝璇小姐姐給我們展示了茶藝文化，非遺製作，還很貼心的讓我們體驗了鐵觀音，非常推薦，非常適合度假，完全不需要離開度假村

The elements of southern Fujian are ingeniously based on the characteristic scenery of the south of the Yangtze River, the architectural pattern of the ancient houses in southern Fujian and the design of the "swallow tail ridge", and the transformation and sublimation of the black tiles and white walls of the Hui style, incorporating the simple Zen, and perfectly combining the natural landscape and humanistic feelings. Staying here for a short time, you can slowly experience the breeze and pines in the mountains, listen to the hidden Buddha singing, gourmet food and attentive and private butler service. The hotel is committed to interpreting "quiet noble and expensive taste".
