Molto buono. I dipendenti del desk front sono eccellenti, fanno davvero il loro lavoro e ti trattano sempre con un sorriso. L'hotel è bello, la camera è una buona dimensione e i letti sono comodi. La sala fitness e la piscina sono fantastiche, amo la decorazione intorno alla piscina, il ristorante è bello e il colazione è davvero buono. ( questo è un colazione alberghiero che si dovrebbe guardare in attesa) La posizione dell'hotel era buona, come 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Anversa e c'è un supermercato a meno di 10 minuti a piedi ( Albert Heiijn ) Il parcheggio all'esterno dell'hotel è gratuito, ma è sempre stato molto occupato, quindi paghiamo per parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel.

Our second stay at this lovely hotel. This time we had 2 one night stopovers at the beginning and end of a Leger Holidays tour. The room is spacious with a nice bathroom with bathtub and shower. We love the bar/restaurant area and the selection of Belgian beers! Our only slight complaint is the breakfast servery area which is a bit small especially like us we had 3 coaches all wanting breakfast at the same time. Very hectic. However at other times I guess this may not be a problem.

THE BEST HOSTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN . More of a hotel/temporary living space. I found myself distrcted from sightseeing to spend time in the public areas. It was amazing - the decor, the facilities, the books, the communal work table for digital nomads, the compemporary furnishings, the stylish bathrooms, super kitchen ( with named plastic boxes for ythe fridge) plants and flowers, the roof terrace, the internal gardens, the green walls, the extras ( free quality ontap teas/coffees, the towels, the ear plugs etc) , the bicycles for rent and the super efficent and helpful staff. I didin't try the restaurant but the breakfast looked good. . I am looking forward to visiting their new venue in Liege and , when it is open - Brussels

Stayed here for almost 3 months on business assignment so place was chosen for me. Definitely chose somewhere else to stay in Antwerp. I scored it a 1 because actually the front of house staff are really good, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Here goes the rest ……. Hotel is located between 2 building sites not their fault but links to other issues which are the hotels fault. So the noise from the building sites and also the road if you are staying in a room on road side is awful from around 5 in the morning through to about 11pm This resulted in me having to not only sleep wearing ear plugs but also taking sleeping tablets. Don’t expect a good sleep. A colleague was staying at the rear of the building and unless you are on a higher floor then the noise from the smoking area with people talking and drinking is also deafening. I had a spacious room with a mezzanine floor which was roomy but very tired and need of a revamp. The huge issue with the room is the heat. The shower room is upstairs so fills the bedroom area with steam and the window downstairs only cools the living area, or fills the room with fumes from the traffic on the road. The hotel advertises air conditioning and there are units in the room but they refuse to turn them on even with requests. This is just being cheap and rude. Again due to the noise from the road and building sites it’s impossible to sleep with the window open. So not only limited sleep but a very hot n sweaty night. Then the internet connection….. oh wow ! It does not exist. Again the hotel advertises free fast Wi-Fi but it’s shocking. Impossible to connect and watch anything. Myself and a number of my colleagues complained only to be told there is no issue. I did a speed test and shared with the hotel only to get no feedback. I also shared with a friend who works in IT and he said it’s simple ….. they pay for a really cheap package so it can’t cope for a hotel. Of course the hotel staff say it’s no problem because during the day all the guests are out. If you get a room for 20 euro a night it’s probably ok but any more than that go somewhere else

E' stato un piacevole soggiorno in hotel. Era pulito e pulito. Non ha usato servizio colazione. L'unico punto critico è che l'organizzazione di viaggio non ha annunciato in anticipo l'uso del parcheggio, che era pari a 19 euro al giorno, e che alla fine era pagato la metà. Inoltre, non c'era un bollettino informativo sulle strutture dell'hotel. (contenitore/continuazione/telefono/illuminazione/televisione/pulizia)

This was our second stay at August. Although we loved the first time, the second time left a lot to be desired for. The service level at this hotel is almost non existent. We arrived quite late after being stuck in traffic (around 9 PM), and we checked in and then around 9:15 came to the bar to look at the food menu. We were met with a very unfriendly waiter who had no interest in answering any questions about the menu or anywhere nearby to eat telling us that he had only been here for six weeks and didn't know anything, most importantly he did not tell us that the kitchen closed at 9:30 PM. So we deliberated about whether to eat at the bar or go elsewhere (bear in mind, there aren't many places to eat near by as they all seem to close early on a Sunday). When we came back at 9:30, the waiter told us that good that we wanted to eat but too bad the kitchen was now closed and he seemed to be taking a joy out of it. We were told by him when asked that there was no room service for food. Only drinks were served as room service. Considering it wasn't that late, this hotel should have some facilities in place for a light snack for guests. Also, at the reception, we complained that we were not told by the guy that they would be closing soon and they told us to try deliveroo. In the end my husband asked them if there was anything we could have that didn't need to be cooked, we were given some fruit which we ate and went to bed. I had written a complaint to their manager and they replied after 22:30 to tell me that if I was still hungry, the hotel actually does provide pizzas! News to me as I was told there was no food. No manager was to be seen and we never heard from anyone after I made a complaint about the incident. This spoilt our stay, especially when we had detoured to stay here. Our room was lovely. Although the room's bathroom door makes a lot of noise. Anyway, it would be great for staff to know the options they have for food for guests, someone should follow up after a complaint is sent and if there is no food option, perhaps the hotel should have a deliveroo account which can be charged to the room should there be any need to order food at 9:30 PM after kitchen closes.

L'hotel era pulito e confortevole, e solo a piedi dal centro città 1/2hr. Il cameriere notturno Berkay è andato sopra e oltre con servizio notturno tardivo, ordinando pizza quando tutti i ristoranti locali sono chiusi dopo il ritorno tardivo da evento vicino. Salva la vita!

I vantaggi di questo posto sono che è un bel vecchio edificio in una passeggiata facile e piacevole della nuova galleria d'arte di Anversa e del centro della città. La nostra camera era fresca e confortevole e l'aria condizionata era un'importante più - se lasciaste le finestre aperte ci sarebbe stato rumore di traffico. Tuttavia, ci sono stati due negativi: (1) La descrizione Tripadvisor dell'hotel dice che ha caratteristiche «pagato parcheggio privato sul sito». L'hotel ha raccomandato di prenotare un posto in un garage vicino, QPark, che prevedeva un prepago di €20 per notte per le due notti che stavano per soggiornare. Tuttavia, ciò che l'hotel avrebbe dovuto spiegarci, ma non l'ha fatto, è che c'è un secondo più ovvio parcheggio pagato nella stessa vicinanza (APCOA). Ho preso in modo errato che doveva essere il posto giusto, ho lasciato l'auto per due notti e quando ho scoperto che era un garage diverso. Quindi ho dovuto pagare 50 euro per questo garage, il che significa che il nostro biglietto per parcheggio per due notti era molto costoso 90 euro. Il fallimento di anticipare questo potenziale problema è una cattiva gestione dell'hotel. Ho spiegato cosa è successo al check-out. Altri hotel avrebbero offerto scusa e un sconto di buona volontà dal conto, ma non questo. (2) Il design della nostra camera d'albergo segue la tendenza architettonica moderna di nessuna porta tra bagno e camera da letto. Chi sulla terra vuole questo? Per questo motivo, anche se il parcheggio non fosse stato un problema, non ci ritorneremmo. Saremmo davvero interessati, poiché sono sicuro che sarebbero potenziali visitatori all'hotel, alla sua giustificazione di questa strana caratteristica di design.

Scoperto questo nuovo hotel vicino alla Stazione Centrale. L'hotel è destinato a soggiorni più lunghi, anche se ho soggiornato solo 1 notte. Le camere sono appartamenti di studio con cucina. La mia camera aveva un letto Murphy (per la prima volta per me) e era super comodo. L'hotel dispone anche di un apparecchio molto bello e sono riuscito a fare un allenamento intermittente sulla palestra ad alta tecnologia. Per un nuovo hotel, il personale era fantastico, così amichevole e utile. Se rimango ad Anversa, certamente rimarrei qui.
