Hotel in zona KBC Tower, Antwerp

Great place to stay! Centrally located, easy check-in/out, spotlessly clean (rooms cleaned daily), lovely and helpful staff, and very reasonably priced. We used the lockers on our last day to store our luggage, which was really useful. Will visit here again!

Grande posizione così vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e tra 2 stazioni metropolitana! Servizio ok, pulizia ok, ma potrebbe essere migliorata (Posso dire che era pulita ma non profonda sulla tavola, e il distributore di sapone/shampoo era di tipo rotto, così si diffuse intorno al bagno)

Contro amico e permetteto di andare alla mia camera gemella 4 ore prima. Hotel molto pulito con asciugamani e acqua fornita. Non ci sono giacche, ma credo che questo deve essere Bea belga. La stazione è al contrario, ma è a 20 minuti a piedi dalla vecchia città. Bene per me, ma alcuni potrebbero voler stare più vicini. La passeggiata è la strada principale. In generale penso che sia un grande valore. Come nota agli altri ospiti, e io scrivo sempre questo, si prega di essere più considerati quando parlare nei corridoi, soprattutto prima delle 8:00. Whisper, le tue eco eco e i tuoi medici sono come te urla. E non permettere che le porte chiudono la schiena!!

Servizi: ho prenotato temporaneamente un hotel per il festival di musica elettronica in Belgio, ho soggiornato qui per tre giorni e lo recensirò. Innanzitutto non abbiamo prenotato la colazione perché non riuscivamo ad alzarci, ma nel complesso l'hotel era molto pulito e nella hall c'erano acqua e frutta gratuite. È molto vicino alla piazza centrale e ci sono tanti deliziosi ristoranti nei dintorni. Verrà e resterà l'anno prossimo

La posizione è perfetta, poiché l'hotel è vicino alla stazione centrale di Anversa, che ha facile accesso per viaggi all'aeroporto aa alle 5:00. Il problema che abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro soggiorno di notte è che l'aria condizionata non può raffreddare abbastanza, penso che si stavano preparando, non si possono aprire le finestre, perché è completamente sigillata, quindi non si può usare l'aria esterna per aiutare a raffreddare la stanza. Valore per il soggiorno di denaro.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel 2 camere. Per una svista non è stato comunicato che avevamo con noi un cagnolino pinscher (taglia piccola). Arrivati presso la struttura, ci siamo recati al parcheggio( a pagamento) e qui, dopo aver suonato diverse volte, siamo stati in attesa per circa 30’ senza ricevere risposta alcuna, dalla reception. Parcheggiato poi lungo la strada, siamo entrati nella hall e, dopo aver ancora atteso altri 30’, siamo stati cacciati perchè avevamo con noi il cagnolino. Una delle signore della reception, dopo averci parlato, ci conferma che non avremmo ricevuto alcun addebito per questo nostro errore. Successivamente ci vediamo addebitati € 170 !!! Oltre ad aver dovuto trovare un altro hotel. Mai più !!!

Small, clean, affordable hotel located next to Central station. The room was basic but cute and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We had a double bed with a twin bed bunk bed above which was perfect for our family of 3. There’s soap and towels, but no shampoo, hairdryer, kettle, or aircon. The window opens only a few inches, unless you get them to unlock it. We brought a portable fan, so that helped on such a warm day. There’s a Lidl supermarket next door and a cafe a block away. A couple blocks away is the diamond district with an interesting mixture of Hasidic Jews and middle eastern Muslim immigrants. The city is very walkable from here. From the station, the Meir is about 10 minutes walk and the Grote Markt is about 20 minutes.

L'hotel era pulito e confortevole, e solo a piedi dal centro città 1/2hr. Il cameriere notturno Berkay è andato sopra e oltre con servizio notturno tardivo, ordinando pizza quando tutti i ristoranti locali sono chiusi dopo il ritorno tardivo da evento vicino. Salva la vita!

Our second stay at this lovely hotel. This time we had 2 one night stopovers at the beginning and end of a Leger Holidays tour. The room is spacious with a nice bathroom with bathtub and shower. We love the bar/restaurant area and the selection of Belgian beers! Our only slight complaint is the breakfast servery area which is a bit small especially like us we had 3 coaches all wanting breakfast at the same time. Very hectic. However at other times I guess this may not be a problem.

I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff that checked me in this past week. My husband and I booked a stay at this hotel back in April for 4 nights. They sent me an email stating that they weren't able to charge my credit card on the reservation, which made sense because we had forgotten we had just received a new card to replace the expired one. They asked that I look at my account, so they can charge a new card. If I failed to do that in 24 hours, then my booking would be cancelled. Approx 13 hours of receiving that email, I went in and updated the credit card information on the account and sent them an email confirming I did so. When I arrived at this hotel to check in a month later (which was this past week), the front desk staff told me that the reservation was cancelled. I showed them the email that they sent me and the one I had sent to them. I also showed them my original reservation number. They looked into it for a while, but they told me that ultimately the reservation was cancelled so they can't do anything. They were also all booked up on one of the four nights we were supposed to stay there, so they could only check us in for 2 nights (Thurs-Fri). Up to this point, I was confused but I wasn't upset. I understand things can happen, and I was eager to work this out. However, what really pushed me over the edge was the fact that the front desk staff showed no empathy for the situation I was in. I told them that I never received any email that my reservation was cancelled. I even asked if there were any other alternative hotels, as we were traveling from outside the country and did not know the area well. The staff person I was talking to responded with very little attempt at professionalism, and instead told me that we should solve this ”later” as I was holding up the line. I believe her words were along the lines of, ”you should turn around, look at the line.” When I asked her when ”later” would be, she let out a small laugh which was a very confusing response to what I thought was a valid question. This is when I was starting to feel incredulous. I wanted her assistance, but I got rudeness and condescension in return. I tried my best not to raise my voice even though I was getting frustrated, and I told her that I felt I was getting penalized for something that wasn't my fault. Still, there was no attempt to help me with the situation, and I felt like I was being waved away. At the very end of our interaction, the staff person told me that if there is a room that opens up on Sat they would contact me to let me know. I asked how they would contact me on updates (would it be through the hotel phone? My international number? Call, email, or text?) and I received a very frustrated look and a sigh in return, not a helpful response. I am still unsure why she acted this way, when I genuinely wanted to understand how I would be contacted. (And they never actually contacted me... even to tell me they were still all boo
