The room wasn't clean when we came . the floor was really dirty. I was the guest of room 32 in Qstay Good Living Apartments. my wife get a shower and then after less than 5 minutes the water became cold and she had to left the bathroom. We wanted to take a shower but we couldn't. i ask for help via their whatsapp and one guy came and checked the water heater and said you should wait for 10 minutes and then it will be okey. we wait for more than 40 minutes and it doesn't change and the water was still cold and i told them again the guy came again and he checked the water heater and took some pictures from it and left and said i will go downstairs and comeback but he didn't show up. We wanted to go out but we had to stuck to the room because of this problem. my reservation number is : VQDBIJKO-1, they didn't finally come with a solution and just said me you can go another hotel! Very rude staff.

One of the worst hosts that I ever visited. Washing machine is leaking. Pipes are leaking. Dishwasher is not working. Iron is leaking water. The telephone machine is not working at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I book from 05 May to 08 May. 02 May I receive notification from my credit card that the accommodation has been paid for; 03 May I receive from the accommodation the check-in instructions, which will be possible starting from at 14.00 o'clock on 05 May. 05 May at 17.15 pm: *********** informs me that due to over booking the reservation has been canceled. 05 May at 6.45 pm despite the cancellation, the accommodation sends me by email "Welcome". May 08, again despite the cancellation, the accommodation thanks me for my stay. 02 May they got paid, strange that they didn't already know about over booking at the time. I am warned of over-booking when by now, theoretically, check-in would already have been possible.

Appartement sale (draps mal lavés, poussière partout, joints noirs dans la salle de bais, abattant toilettes dévissé, taches sur le canapé, ... etc) pour un prix très élevé : 300€/2 nuits Après 3 chambres visitées avec les mêmes critiques, obligés de prendre la chambre car non annulable non remboursable... Geste commercial proposé : 20 euros... c'est bien au moins ils ont de l'humour Personnel incompétent

Het verblijf ligt op een uitmuntende locatie tussen station en de Meir. Kamers zijn ruim en modern. Maar nogal wat irriterende onvolkomenheden. Het lukte ons om in de hal binnen te komen, maar liepen we vast bij het inchecken. Moesten om hulp bellen (die snel kwam) en vertelde dat het systeem nog niet geheel op orde was. Een verhelderende email hadden we niet gezien, want die kwam pas binnen enkele minuten voor onze aankomst. En de site van het hotel stelt het inchecken onvolledig en daardoor veel te eenvoudig voor. Dit is een klacht die ook in andere ***********-beoordelingen al wordt geuit. Over de kamer ook opmerkingen. Een lamp was kapot. Waarom moet de gast dit opmerken en niet de schoonmaker? De tv ziet er prachtig uit alles via apps, maar biedt overdag maar zeer weinig zenders (2 vlaamse, 1 nederlandse plus wat troepzenders). De toiletbril laf los op het toilet en kon niet door ons worden gerepareerd. Ook een klacht die al eerder in de beoordelingen naar voren komt. Er is een kitchenette met messen en vorken maar een flesopener en kurketrekker ontbreekt . En het zou van gastvrijheid getuigen als er een doos tissues zou zijn.
