you can shorten the travel time to tianchi because it is located right below Baekdu Mountain. Also, since VIP passage is provided, you do not have to wait for the van to go up to tianchi. You can trek through a beautiful virgin forest, and most of all, the outdoor hot springs are fantastic. Additionally, the butler service provided through WeChat is convenient. Since I was a foreigner, we couldn't communicate well, but Zhang youngping, who was my butler, was proactive in resolving any difficulties that arose. It was perfect except that I had to only use this restaurant because there were no restaurants nearby.

If your aim is to see the lake at the top of Changbai Mountain, definitely book this hotel for at least two days. The hotel package includes 3hr ski experience per pax per day, unlimited access to the hot spring, and easy access to the Changbai North Scenic Area. The service was super prompt, warm and attentive, but you will need to be Chinese speaking, or get a companion who can communicate with the staff. The staff will add you to their WeChat upon check in, and will not only give you tips on how to visit the scenic area, but will also answer to your (reasonable) requests and questions within an hour. They will update you every morning whether the peak open for viewing, and will guide you in purchasing tickets for the scenic area. We managed to see the peak on our second morning after taking the earliest transfer from the hotel. We have to thank the staff who are so professional and constantly act in our best interests. Best service we had in our trip to China so far. The rooms are good, and the hotel cluster is well taken care of. There are transfers between the hotel and the ski resort, the hot spring centre, the scenic area as well as the train station. For free pickups from the train station, you will need to call the hotel beforehand. I didn’t get a local phone number and had to borrow my previous hotel’s phone to book a pickup. They will also arrange for a free drop-off at the train station. The hotel compound looks beautiful in winter. The staff even built snowmen around the compound and we saw rabbits on our first night here. There are a few things which fell short of expectations, but we understand are beyond the control of the hotel. The outdoor hot spring water is super murky, and the toilets in the hot spring centre smells quite bad one day during our stay. And while the hotel does provide priority access to the peak of Changbai Mountain, the company running the scenic area may not open the access queue during peak periods, and will request that you queue with the tour groups. However, the warm service by the hotel staff trumps these shortcomings and we have immensely enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall.

I think staying in this hotel is a very good choice. It is a veritable high-end hotel with two three-hour ski tickets and a matching pick-up service. When we exceeded the time to send us back to the hotel, the driver, Mr. Cheng Mingshan, was still waiting at the ski resort to take us back to the hotel, saving us time and money. Mr. Li, the lobby manager, is very concerned. We still make an intimate reservation for us when we don't have a reservation to go to Changbai Mountain Station, and pay attention to the proper arrangement of our itinerary. If I have a chance to come to Changbai Mountain next time, I believe I will still choose Blue View Hotel.

This particular hotel is the closer to the north entrance of changbaishan tianchi and guests of this hotel enjoy VIP Q. The hot spring of this hotel is famous for it original water from the mountain. Other than this, there are no other plus point. The room is big and clean. Service is good.

長白山腳下，距北坡景區老山門200米，有ViP通道，進入後乘景區公交車到達挨乘中心，不用排隊，走專用通道乘車去天池。聚龍火山温泉無限次進入，純天然火山温泉，超讚。木棧道進入原始森林。服務熱情周到，管家服務到位，有求必應。

環境優美高級，服務周到細緻，温泉乾淨池子很多，泡完還可以搓澡，價格也不貴，早餐也很豐盛。上北坡和主峯都可以走vip通道，省去了很多排隊時間，酒店也可以帶着去大戲台河景區，總之體驗很好，值得這個價格

住的三號樓家庭房，酒店環境衞生沒的説，服務特別好，酒店員工很多，每個人都很熱情，管家殷玲特別好，洗衣房三點下班，三點半的時候我發訊息問能不能幫孩子烘乾衣服，殷玲主動幫我打電話溝通，服務員馬上寄來把衣服取走了，不一會就烘乾好了，晚上九點多我問管家問題還能及時回答我，體驗很好，另外酒店的早餐也很好吃，去長白山酒店直接有班車就上山了，去長白山天池的話選這個絕對超值

我訂的是藍景3號樓，房間很大，乾淨衞生，我訂了兩天，但每天都會有人打掃衞生，送迎賓水果，換毛巾用品。酒店有高鐵站接送服務 服務很好。 還幫忙提行李。酒店管家服務很細心周到。繪我發送如何使用VIP通道。温泉開放時間和約車的程序。VIP通道上北坡特別方便 ，酒店就在山門幾百米。幸運的看到了北坡的天池 晚上回來泡温泉特別 舒服全身滑滑的，聽説是在聚龍火山温泉 直接引水到酒店。酒店有點小貴 但這樣的服務也值得。

首先要感謝前廳部賓客經理張永萍，全程提供貼心的管家服務，幫忙提示天氣情況，旅遊行程和注意事項，還及時幫忙預訂接送高鐵服務。入住體驗整體拉滿。 酒店在景區內，從高鐵出發大概35分鐘車程。提前買好景區套票，入園時間不受限制可以在酒店更改，而且還不用到集散中心排隊上車，簡直太方便了。 酒店內的遊玩項目也很多，温泉更衣室很乾凈，分為室內室外兩個區域，工作人員很敬業，每個區域都有驅蚊蟲的香，泡完躺在仰椅上放放空，身心也徹底放鬆了。 最後附上天池美照，真是一次愉快的體驗，等下次冬天來，還會選擇藍景的。

張永萍經理非常熱心 積極告知酒店內各項活動以及對應時間，幫助我們安排好當天入住和晚餐 以及第二天上午遊玩天池和離開長白山去高鐵站的送車服務。 當天張經理還為我們提供了熱茶以及額外的水果，整體體驗不錯。

家庭親子游選藍景真的挺不錯，酒店有高鐵接送站服務，上山有VIP通道，看天池全吃不排隊，縱享絲滑。對於拖家帶口的很友好。入住3號樓，整體環境都很好。酒店管家很熱情，算得上一對一服務了，來了加了管家大玲兒微信，對於行程規劃，住宿需求，衹要提出問題馬上解答。還會主動微信詢問是否有額外需要，入住是否滿意等。很貼心！下次來長白山還會選擇藍景

房間乾淨衞生，管家鑫鑫服務特別棒。入住到遊覽長白山一直很細心的陪伴。從天池開放及時提醒，預約越野摩託車遊覽大戲台項目，到上山vip通道都一一落實好。第一天晚上泡温泉提了一下第二天還要泡游泳衣沒幹，一早就讓服務員取走吹乾送回。看到我離開的時間又提前預約好車，總之細節滿滿，全程都有感受到很用心的服務。

作為第一次來長白山來説 藍景的入住體驗還是很不錯的 🏨我們入住的是3號樓 可能是新建的原因 房間裏還是挺不錯的 朋友的房間稍微有點冷 反應後前台送來了暖風機 房間裏還自帶了加濕器 🚙到的第一天我們玩了酒店贈送的山地越野車 挺有趣的 隔壁的那個景區人還挺少的可以當散散步 ♨️晚上我們去泡了温泉 温泉在1號樓附近 我們入住的3號樓門口會有車 專程接送 在天冷的時候可以説是很貼心的服務了 室內室外總共有二十多個池子 水温都是熱的恰到好處 特別喜歡紅酒池 最後還體驗了搓澡 師傅搓的太舒服了 感覺搓完整個人煥然一新 ⛰️第二天去了天池 走酒店的vip通道節省了好多的時間 這點蠻不錯的 人是真的多 但是天池是真的美 怎麼看都看不夠 🍽️關於酒店的餐食 周圍沒有別的餐廳 衹能在酒店裡的美食滙裏吃 這裡有燒烤、烤肉、韓餐和鐵鍋燉 本來想吃鐵鍋燉但沒約上 🌟這裏推薦下地三鮮和泡菜五花肉火鍋 特別好吃！ 💁網上有很多評價説藍景的服務態度不好 我覺得需要澄清一下 就我自己的體驗來説 每一個服務人員都非常的熱心 管家鑫鑫積極的幫我們解決問題 從入住酒店點餐到我們遊玩天池的過程中有任何問題都幫我們仔細解答 還會問我們的對於各種體驗的感受並且接受我們的反饋 總的來説是一次還不錯的體驗 以後長白山下雪的時候過來 還會選擇藍景
