Love the nightly fruit platter after our hot spring visit. Manager 大玲儿 has been most helpful, patient and considerate. Highly recommended

We had a great stay here. The hotel staff attending to us, 大玲儿 , has been of great help. She was attentive to our needs and assisted us throughout our stay, making it very comfortable. Our visit to 长白山 wouldnt have been possible without her help. The hotel is well located near 长白山 making it very accessible. Outdoor hotspring was very enjoyable as well.

The stay was fantastic with excellent facilities. Soaking in the natural hot spring outdoors while it snowed was unforgettable, and the water was from a real hot spring, not just heated water. Salesperson 鑫鑫 was very caring and flexible, adjusting to our needs and making the stay smooth. I’ll definitely bring my family next time!

Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

Our 4 nights stay at this hotel is definitely the highlight of our Changbaishan trip. We had minimal planning for our trip here knowing that the hotel could take care of almost everything. The snowy weather makes this place looks very magical with the decoration too! Things I really like about this hotel: 1. The pickup from Changbaishan train station to hotel, notify the hotel a day before arrival 2. Unlimited access to natural hot spring, both outdoor and indoor. 3. Fast pass to Changbaishan Tianchi (peak) by skipping the queue. The hotel is just few hundred meters away from Changbaishan entrance 4. Ski ticket and transport to the nearest Ski Resort 5. Great variety for breakfast 6. Clean and spacious room 7. An assigned butler(张永萍)to us to help with all our needs during our trip and stay in CBS 8. Recommended driver from the hotel to bring us around Erdaobai town, very friendly driver and reasonable charges Things to improve: 1. Choice of meals for room service can be improved 2. There’s a Food Hall for hotel guests to go for lunch and dinner since the hotel is quite some distance from the town. Meals are quite costly in exchange for convenience

Very warm hospitality from the resort and everything are provided including ski, breakfast, transport, humidifier etc. Good winter vacation spot for locals and also foreigners.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to! When booking a room, they provide a lot of good privileges: transfers, hot springs, a VIP line, tickets to Dasitayhe! Very beautiful area, close to the north gate. The girl at the front desk is very nice and attentive. We contacted the hotel a week before arrival because I don't know Chinese. The girl constantly helped, through a translator built into the WeChat application. Hot springs are amazing. The hotel staff is very caring and attentive. The VIP service was very pleased, because there were a lot of people. I recommend you book this hotel to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery. I want to come back here again!

Decent hot spring hotel in changbaishan. Hotspring is huge. Service is excellent. Hotel Korean restaurant serves nice food. Experience the first snow there.

Hot spring is very cool, there are indoor and outdoor facilities. The spring water feels like the real volcano water flowing down from the sky lake. Room master Yin Ling is in charge of our rooms and she is very helpful. We decided to make a last minute decision to extend our stay and contacted her at ungodly 12am. She is more than happy to assist us with this request and also arranged us to stay in the same room. The hotel is also well situated, right in front of the changbaishan national park main entrance.

This hotel is really nice. The hot springs bath is awesome, wish that they can be opened in the morning as well. We are not Chinese but ms. Xin Xin is a super host, she tried all her effort supporting us from landscape ticket purchase to bus arrangements, she is really a key factor to make our vacation here comfortable & enjoyable. Highly recommended.

This resort is a great option if you want to enjoy onsen, skiing and convenient experience to changbaishan. 100% would recommend and I would return to this hotel if I come to changbaishan again
