Convenient location, everything just a few steps or a block or two, in either direction. Pretty quaint hotel but very clean and comfortable. Terrace with superb view of volcán de agua. 2 thumbs up.

I enjoyed the courtyard and rooftop terrace. There was a language barrier with the front desk so I'm not sure how much of the negative aspects were because of that or they just weren't very accommodating. The attitude was that you were bothering them if you asked a question. I had to change rooms while I was there which was a fiasco.

I had seen the parking was off site, so I wrote beforehand asking the address to see how far away it was, the hotel replied saying it was a 5 minute walk 2 blocks away, which sounded reasonable. When we arrived they provided another address which was a 20 minute drive away and not walkable at all. Staff was completely unhelpful and unfriendly, do not recommend staying here if you have a car, there are much better options in Antigua. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable, every amenity they offer is off site.

We enjoyed staying in this centrally located hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff were super nice and responsive.

My daughter and I stayed for 6 nights and we had a wonderful stay. Location is great! Close to everything!! Staff were kind and attentive, except for the guy who worked night shift who spoke no English but no big deal. Yes, the rooms are small but all we did was sleep at night so, again, no big deal. I would come here again any time.
