Villa Miraé by Inwood Hotels - Cap d'Antibes

This was a nice hotel and the staff was lovely. Most all rooms had a beautiful balcony area and the room was a decent size and very clean. The pool area was also very nice. The only issue I found with this hotel was the Lack of Staff. Breakfast which was included took about 2 hours and was painful. If you are expecting life to be slow and slow service... there are lovely restaurants outside of the hotel and it is close to the beach.

Here for 4 days. Very few facilities for 5 star. Dining is only available in gastronomic restaurant or room service, nothing in between. Would be good to have some sort of more casual dining. Service very slow. Waited 45 minutes at breakfast to be served. Waited 15 minutes for a drink in the evening when the place was quiet. The staff were pleasant but leaderless. My impression is the the management is absent and do not care about the guests who are treated with contempt. Very expensive for such a poor hotel. Would not recommend. How it qualifies for Relais Chateaux is a mystery. Photo shows the breakfast table which had a used cigarette butt on it and which was not cleared for over an hour.

Great family trip Service was amazing. Our family of 4 enjoyed the breakfast. Relaxing by the pool and beach was beautiful.

We enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Mirae for our mini-moon. The hotel is relatively new and has been finished to a high standard. The hotel is also relatively small which overall creates a very welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in an executive room for 4 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, with the daily turn down service and beauty products a particularly nice feature. The interiors were very tasteful. The pool area and private Solarium on the nearby Garupe Beach also provided a great environment to relax throughout the day. In terms of other services, the spa was in a strange wooden hut and massages quite expensive (€165 for 1 hour). The hotel also does not include a gym, and you need to travel 2km to Juan les Pins for the nearest location which was logistically challenging. The hotel does not offer any car services or even hotel bikes to navigate the local area, which we would expect to be available for a ‘5 star hotel.’ The dining facilities were mediocre. Breakfast options were quite limited with the service often below par (for example, one morning we didn’t receive what we ordered and when told the service wasn’t good that day the response was “it happens”). The hotel has both a brasserie, and fine dining restaurant, for either lunch or dinner. We ate at the Brasserie on our first day, but found other local restaurants were of better standard with views of the sea. The fine dining restaurant was always empty and felt like wasted space. The bar areas were similarly under-utilised, with no views. They could utilise one of the roof terraces as a bar. The staff were friendly but were not particularly helpful in booking local restaurants. For example, we wanted to eat dinner at the Grill restaurant at Eden Roc which they couldn’t deliver on (after suggesting they had a particularly close relationship, and it would be possible). In this case, the staff were also not proactive in offering alternative options and we had sort our own booking at a different restaurant Overall, we would recommend staying here but the addition/improvement of health facilities, better dining options, and more proactive customer service is needed

I cannot gush enough about the guest experience at this property. The food is sublime. The rooms are beautiful. And the special care I was given during a travel hiccup needs nothing: I had a dress sent for repair which I forgot to request at departure. Luckily I contacted the hotel from my next destination (2 hrs away, in St Tropez) and the staff lept into action to find a solution. Someone from the front office was planing on visiting St Tropez that weekend, so they graciously volunteered to hand deliver my forgotten item! It was literally dropped off at a hotel front desk for me while I was enjoying dinner. This level of customer service is so incredible, I wish all to know. It’s a mighty fine “small” hotel w a beautiful and generous heart! Please go see for yourself. I, for one, am grateful and will return time and again!

Not a true five star hotel. Issues at check in. room was not ready until 5pm and my assistant had requested beforehand for champagne and fruit to be sent to from that did not happen. no big deal however, room was also extremely inaccurate from website photos. Also, tried to get a quote on boat rental many times via email ahead of time but didn’t offer prices until day of which messed with our travel planning. brand new facilities that does not include a gym? pool is the size of a kiddie pool. staff seemed unapologetic for the mix up. go to the carlton cannes or hotel negresco nice same price approx and much better real true five star service
