This hotel is hard to review because some things are just great and other things are simply awful. We stayed in June for a week while in Tana for a business event. We had the family apartment on the top floor. We chose an apartment because we wanted to cook for ourselves, being away from home for a week, we thought we would prefer cooking at an apartment rather than eating in restaurants every day. Things that were very good: I left my phone charger behind and it took me a few days to remember where I left it and ring them, and when I rang, the charger was "found" and duly handed over. Super helpful guards at main gate who helped us constantly with stupid amounts of baggage up and down the stairs. Things that were good: Spacious big room with two separate bedrooms Bathtub Plenty of hot water when there was water, it was off for part of the day most days King bed in the huge main bedroom Friendly housemaids (but not so terribly efficient) Friendly helpful guards at the gate Secure location inside secure courtyard Fridge (that freezes everything), 2 burner electric stove, and kettle included (but read the below before you think this is good) Things that were kind of ok and kind of not ok: We had to ask for towels but they did eventually give us some but one had to be sacrificed constantly to the squirty shower (see below) You have to ask to get the room serviced and they only do it every two days but not daily, but that's not a big deal. Breakfast was meh it was ok. Ordinary coffee, sweetened condensed milk, bread, fried eggs. Things that were really not good: Terrible reception, you need to beg them for everything Terrible wifi that is more of a gesture than an actual working service. Pretty awful food on the one occasion that we tried it and the strong smell of fried food all the way to the top of the stairs. Nothing to cook with, just two pans. No spoons, spatula, nothing to stir food with, no serving dish, no knife to cut with. So, if you plan to cook for yourself at this place, be prepared to go out and buy everything. We had three plates and three sets of cutlery. No glasses, no coffee cups. We asked them for glasses, they would reluctantly give us some, but they would disappear the next day. We ended up drinking out of yoghurt pots. They gave us cups when I insisted, but again, they took them away again almost immediately. They said, you do not need cups, your breakfast is included... For 7 nights, for three people, they gave us two rolls of toilet paper in total. Three men, seven nights, two loo rolls... The shower head leaks and squirts water all over the bathroom, so, you have to mop the floor with your towel... no mats... The TV in the principal bedroom does not work at all. About half of the lights work. No curtains on upper windows in main bedroom so very bright as soon as sun breaks in the morning. This hotel screams of absent owner syndrome, it has potential but it needs a good shake-up and revamp.

La chambre réservée étant occupée, l'on m'a mis dans une chambre supérieure, bien apprécié ce geste. Je reviens régulièrement dans cet hôtel, pratique, proche des restaurants, de l'aéroport et du marché local. Accueil souriant, petit-déjeuner simple, chambres correctes.

Après plusieurs séjours dans l'hôtel, nous y retournons toujours avec plaisir. Nous apprécions l'accueil du personnel, la gentillesse des propriétaires. Le restaurant sur place est agréable. Très important à 5 mn de l'aéroport d'Ivato et sans aucune nuisance sonore. L'hôtel est bien sécurisé, proche du marché et des commodités. Antananarivo se situe à environ 30 mn en taxi.

Cet hôtel, que j'apprécie pour sa situation dans le village d'Ivato, est toujours avec des problèmes de maintenance. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable, les chambres sont bien, bonne literie, mais pas de frigo, pas de téléphone. Dommage pour cette catégorie. Tout serait top si l'on faisait un peu mieux. Pas de tablette, ni de verres sur le lavabo. L'eau dans la douche coule goute à goute depuis plus d'un an. Le coffre encore en panne, problème technique... et plus de 2h pour aller acheter des piles. Petit-déjeuner correct. Le wifi coupé sans avertir pour maintenance, réapparu après une vingtaine d'heures ha ha ha, mais connexions difficiles, coupures intempestives ! L'escalier extérieur pour aller à certaines chambres est difficile aux personnes qui ont un peu de peine avec les escaliers. Je recommande cet hotel aux voyageurs aguerri, pas vraiment pour des touristes recherchant le confort d'un 3 étoiles.

De retour dans cet hôtel pratique, bien placé pour l'aéroport et agréable. Le personnel est sympa, souriant. Je retrouve la chambre 202 et, bonne surprise, il y a un coffre et une lampe de chevet à côté du lit. Bravo ! Bons draps, oreillers confortables. La TV Startime offre pas mal de chaînes  françaises, dont France 2, France 3, TV 5 Monde. Si la carte est renouvelée, super. Les rideaux ne ferment pas complètement. Petit-déjeuner inclus simple, correct. A suivre avec curiosité, car je reviens fin décembre.

Très bon hotel , bien sécurisé.Le personnel est extremement sympathique et serviable.Je conseille très fortement. Idéal pour famille.Les chambres étaient confortables , les repas étaient bons. L'hotel est juste à côté de l'aéroport

4ème passage, hôtel pratique, calme, proche de l'aéroport et dans le village animé la journée. Chambre avec lit confortable, mais le drap ressemble plus à une nappe de table, la fourre d'oreiller en tissus pour coussins, un oreiller avec une tâche qui n'a pas été changé malgré ma remarque. Pas de rideaux obscursissant, juste des sous-titres transparents. Mais le vrai problème vient de l'entretien, la douche ne fonctionne pas, juste un filet d'eau. Un sceau permet de remplir en 30 mn et de se laver à l'ancienne. L'éclairage ne fonctionne plus, juste la lampe du miroir est fonctionnelle. Je signale ces points tôt le matin, je reviens vers midi, rien n'est fait. Je demande d'intervenir... revient de mon repas et rien ! Des personnes viennent voir, on me dit que le plombier va venir, que c'est le manque de pression. Bizarre, car au lavabo, pas mal de pression. Pour la lampe, c'est le culot cassé qui bloque, l'électricien va venir. Le soir, rien n'a été fait, personne n'a passé ho ho ho Hôtel qui pourrait être meilleur, si la direction était efficace. Premier petit-déjeuner bien servi, avec 1 oeuf sur plat, pain, margarine, confiture et café au lait. Ce matin, pas d'oeuf, pas de pain, juste 2 petites crêpes, café, c'est tout ! TV avec TV5 Monde, wifi pas mal, dommage que cette attitude laisse les clients déçus, alors que le personnel est souriant, mais ne peut rien faire.
