Raw Beach Hotel

We booked this hotel for 4 nights, it’s a very average hotel. It is very far from amenities and a 30 minute drive into the city of Antalya. I wasn’t very impressed with their service. The hotel rooms are very average, the beach club is ok, the restaurant they have on site is very unorganised with terrible service from the staff. A lot of the stuff their spoke little to no English, so it was a hard to communicate with them. The day we left was very early in the morning (6:30am) there was nobody at reception to check us out and were told to leave our keys at reception - with nobody there. I didn’t enjoy the whole experience of staying there and personally would not recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel, I’d highly recommend the big resort hotels such as Delphine.

Visited Antalya and the hubby picked this hotel. It is a beautiful boutique hotel set away from the crowds with it's very own each club. The rooms are well equipped, standard rooms are a good size, and we also had a suite which is large, with a living area and large bathroom. The vibe is very boujis beach and chic. It's a small hotel, with a short walk, across the property to the beach club where the breakfast options are brilliant. We had full Turkish for 2 and we were well fed and impressed. The beach club is great, good sun beds and umbrella's, next to warm blue seas, perfect for the family. Advice: The wifi was good downstairs, but not great upstairs. The hotel is on the flight path and next to a busy road, so sometimes can be loud Off the beaten track, so perfect for families/couples wanting a relaxed vibe

I was looking for a hotel in Antalya. I saw Raw Beach Hotel and liked it. The pictures of the hotel are nice but in real it looks like a hospital. We came here late afternoon from Oludeniz wanted to check in and the receptionist asked for our passports and made pictures of it. Strange… I said I reserved for 2 nights but she said 3 nights and asked 450$ From 25-27.07 it’s 2 nights and they promised to give us a price lower. This hotel isn’t worse it’s money. In Antalya you can fine better hotel for this price. And be ready that the real price won’t be the same. The hotel is near the road, noisy because of airplanes and beach isn’t so close as they write.

Like its name, the hotel is a bit raw. Don’t be fooled by the pictures like we did. Yes, the decor and the concept is nice in theory but service and customer care is non existent. There are so many little details that are missing like no place to hang towels in the room, dangerous and slippery bathroom floors etc. We understand it’s a new hotel but we expected the service to be better or there would be an effort to make it up to the customers at the very least. There were couple instances where we couldn’t find anyone to give our order, help us with the beach umbrellas or waited over an hour for the food. Antalya is a touristy area and there are so many hotels, if they want to survive, Raw needs to better their service and customer care. We were not impressed, the service and overall experience was not worth the money. Pros: delicious Turkish breakfast by the sea, copy paste design from Tulum hotels Cons: Bad service except for lovely Tolga, Firat and Onur Bey, and the old amca cleaning the beach in the mornings - they were the only exception Unclean towels with yellow stain in the rooms Really small single beds, they’re not large at all, you have to sleep like a Tutankamun

Lemme start with thanking all the people who works there and for making our Holiday amazing , Sibel , Oner, Edy , Aly BIG , Aly bicycle , Dogan and Everyone else . Great new rooms always clean , great beach experience and good Vegan options Th mangers / Team have decided to cook us special Vegan dinner on the last day out of the menu as we eat only Vegan and it was spot on ( amazinggggg ) Best place in Antalya !

We werden hartelijk ontvangen met een flesje wijn en vers fruit omdat het onze huwelijksreis was. Het personeel van is ontzettend aardig en ook behulpzaam. Ook het eten en in bijzonder het ontbijt is geweldig. Je kan lekker eten aan het strand maar ook binnen. Het hotel ligt mooi aan het strand en je mag gebruik maken van de lig bedden en parasols.

- Kein Waln - Nur Englisch und Türkisch - Keine Rückmeldung - Preis Leistung viel zu hoch - alles mit Zusatz - 50 % der Anlage nicht in Betrieb - Das Essen war nicht gut - Keine Sauna, Fitness, etc.

Das Raw Beach Hotel ist ein kleines und sehr neues Hotel im besonders schönen Look. Sehr hübsche Ecken, die auf Bildern wirklich was hermachen. Allerdings ist auf dem Gelände noch nicht alles restauriert und somit kann man das ganze Gelände nicht nutzen. Der Beachclub und Strand sind eine 1 mit Sternchen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich! Besonderen Dank möchte ich an Erdal, Sibel & Tolga aussprechen. Frühstücken kann man direkt am Strand, wer mag sogar mit den Füßen im Sand. Alle sind sehr kinderfreundlich, wobei ich das Hotel für Eltern mit Kindern nicht empfehlen kann, weil die Zimmer an einer Schnellstraße liegen und nachts keine Ruhe dort herrscht.

Симпатичный отель, но который должен стоить как минимум в два раза меньше! Мы купились на высокую цену (подумали, что значит все на уровне) Ноль профессионализма! Цена, как у средней пятерки! Уборку в люксе просто двое суток игнорировали. Плюсы - локация (для тех, кто возьмёт машину в прокат) от центра далековато, зато пляж комфортный! На пляже ребята стараются- обслуживают отлично! На свойский манер! Вообщем, если бы это было по разумной цене, то это могло бы сойти за такой свойский отдых у друзей!
