it is the one of the worst hotel I’ve stayed in the Service was terrible. The toilet lock didn’t work. Stuff got missing from the room when I complain they said if you don’t like it you can go to another hotel. Absolutely disgusting. The place stinks the breakfast was one of the worst breakfast I ever had.

Good hotel for the economic pricing and clean rooms too. The staff was helpful and allowed us and early check in too! There are good food joints and departmental stores in the vicinity. So in all its a great location to stay. Breakfast was okay, but massage and other amenities offered are worth the price.

Short stay shame good location great reception first class service, clean spacious room shower room clean. The view wasn’t all that just building that’s the only downside shame I had to leave early near airport was with breakfast. Fully recommend.

We don’t usually complain, but this room was horrible. We left after 1 hour to go to a different hotel. The room had not been cleaned at all, floor was not even vacuumed, there were hairs, stains and a toenail. Everything from door handles, sink, shower, toilet were loose or broken. The toilet still had poo marks. For the price we don’t expect everything to be new or modern but this was just unhygienic! When we went to checkout we mentioned this and reception didn’t seem to care. Hopefully they will consider this feedback, because the location seems good but hotel needs major maintenance!!!

When I turned up at the hotel, I was told that there is a problem with *********** and the room is not available so have to pay 1.5 times more for a room that was horrible. Room 901, suite, located on the 9th floor, smelt of smoke, horrible hot room, only one air con worked. The other one in the bedroom did not have a remote available. Could not stay in bed after 11 as it was so hot in the room. There were holes in sofa upholstery from cigarette butts. I was hoping for a good breakfast as I had no time to eat dinner. The breakfast was atrocious even the tea was disgusting. Salads were horrible, the eggs were lukewarm. The red sausages didn't taste like there was any meat in them, more like plastic. There was young cheese available that was nice. It's hard to fathom how the hotel can ruin the food so much! At £83 a night this is a joke. Read the reviews on Google, see the true picture.

Very please with the hotel, came with my wife and children as I was having my teeth done, the room was very spacious comfy beds and clean. We found the restaurant at the hotel was good quality tasty food and good choice. Staff where just amazing we needed help with a few things like printing our boarding passes, needing taxis and just general info on the area as we wanted to explore, nothing was ever a trouble they were always happy to help. Would go back again definitely!

This would have been my second time in this hotel, but the hotel staff tried to charge me 200TL extra for my mother to come up to the room for couple of hours, so I cancelled my reservation and booked a room in another hotel down the street - Old Town Point Hotel. There the staff were much more friendly and I’m very happy with my decision. The breakfast is okay, but don’t expect anything like in a 4-star hotel anywhere in Europe.

Don't be fooled by the rating of this hotel. Not worth it. More than half of the days there was no hot water, the electricity was cut all the time, the Internet signal is terrible. Nobody is responsible for anything. The spa is super noisy, the employees are there talking loudly, impossible to relax. We hired a transfer from the hotel for an excursion, the driver was the night shift receptionist, he made a detour of more than 30 minutes and we saw him making a "transaction" with a white plastic bag and us seeing everything from the car, a disaster. There are more hotels for the same price.
