Enda Lara Hotel

I dont think there is enough space to say all that is wrong. Hotel fined as no fire doors, so replaced them causing dust to come into my room, I have severe emphysema and Bronchiectasis and allergic to dust, mould and cats. I told Alper this and that it was that bad I have been given approx 5yrs, that each infection I get can kill me. I woke to the sound of banging and my room filled with a dust cloud. When I opened my door, I was met with boxes and tools all over the corridor. I went out and came back to a construction site, plaster all over the floor, power tools, old room doors, boxes laid all over the hallway. I could not breath and was so shocked that they was doing this without informing me/paying customers first or telling the tour operator's that this was going to be happening and giving the customer the option to change hotel. I was originally on I think the 2nd floor but due to my condition (again I had told them about my condition) I asked for a room on lower level. My view from the balcony was another building and multiple cat litter trays. The bathroom had mold all over, the staff slept on shift, groups of men (not customers) would gather in the seating area at the front of the hotel sometimes drinking beers. There was cats all over the place, jumping on the tables, climbing on the kitchen sides, trying to get my food. Despite the mold, cats, sleeping reception staff, group gatherings and litter trays. The first couple of days I thought it was ok, as my friends was staying at a different hotel they even said they could come and sit round the pool with me and I even praised Alper when he came to ask if we minded his family member using the pool. Alper told me they had their own taxi service and was really helpful taking me to my friends hotel and picking me up (obviously for a cost.) My friends came to the pool once and when my friends baby was crawling on the floor, we saw little things running across the floor, the baby had crushed one on her knee and we noticed there was silverfish all over so I didn't go in the pool again (except the last day.) It states breakfast is available I think between 10am and 12 but during that time the whole team of staff was eating their breakfast around a large table so I felt kind of rude asking for anything, the first day I did ask for jam on toast, it came with hard cubes of butter and blobs of jam not even tried to spread it. I didn't ask again as felt rude interrupting them eating, except on my last day, I ask for some fruit as I wasn't sure if I would get time to eat that day as needed to pack and check out at 12 (as it says online,) when I went to ask I was told I had to check out at 10am instead as they needed to replace my door. I quickly packed and asked if Alper could collect my friends to take us to the airport together. I tried telling the other staff member about the dust in the room and my allergies but even on Google translate he didn't understand, so I planned to tell Alper but when

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Antalya. The property was beautifully themed with a professional and well-maintained appearance. Everything met my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my time there. What stood out the most was how safe I felt throughout my stay—there was no unwanted attention or discomfort of any kind. As a woman, I can confidently say this is a safe .

Ok so here goes ....This hotel is anything but what it seems , when we arrived the pool was empty , ferrel cats all over the pool area and in the hotel itself , the place stunk and the service was horrendous. Please look at my pictures to see and read what the so called manager did to me and my friend within 40 minutes of arriving . The manager of this place is just a VILE , DISGUSTING EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING . They do NOT deserve any business at all . The kitchen dining area is filthy i would not even eat a salad at this place . We had to wait till our 6th day for a room clean and had to ASK for clean towels. Whilst we were there they had a fumigation team in at the side of the kitchen area where all the fresh produce was and didnt even bother to cover it up or take it inside . I have travelled to many places WORLDWIDE and i can honestly say i had better hospitality and welcoming in the deserts of NAMIBIA. The place is a complete NO GO .......PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE ........they should be ashamed of themselves ☠️🤮sorry but your hotel is disgusting

Basic but nice and clean and friendly staff

Mattress was uncomfortable all you could feel spring and shower was broken informed receptionist to change the room however still bed was uncomfortable

I loved my room 💕 very clean hotel 🏨 breakfast was very nice 😋 staff was very friendly especially saniye and alper. Definitely go back. Restaurants and beach near by.
