Hotel in zona Hasan Şenli Saray Cami, Antalya

I came here to Alanya for a business trip and found this hotel by chance and love it. The best part is how stuff's are so polite with the customers. And by the way they don't call you a customer, they treat you as a guest of their own. Beautiful decorations, delicious food, center of the Alanya. Perfection 😍😍😍. L'hotel è decente con una grande posizione. Tuttavia, ci sono alcune cose da lavorare. In primo luogo, le tute non sono cambiate ogni giorno, che a mio parere è obbligatorio per l'hotel di spiaggia. Li abbiamo lavati da soli. Inoltre, è necessario prendere il gel di doccia, lo shampoo e il sapone perché li riceverai solo quando accedere. Due piccoli shampoo e sapone non sono sicuramente sufficienti per il viaggio che dura sette giorni o più. Il WIFI è molto povero e i segnali disponibili sono di tipo confuso, poiché hanno uno per ogni piano e area, ma nessuno di loro funziona bene. Il guardiano/guardiano della spiaggia è molto sgradevole e ha le sue regole molto strane di vendere le letti solari. Per esempio, si arriva presto al mattino e chiede alcuni dei letti nella prima fila che ti dice: ”No, è riservato”. Poi nessuno appare per tutto il giorno o qualcuno che non è nemmeno la visita dell'hotel prende questi. Questo ti fa sentire un po' di discriminazione per i tuoi soldi e affrontarlo quotidianamente può certamente rovinare le tue vacanze.

Awful experience, first of all our room was not at all like the pictures in our booking. After a request to change rooms (at a cost of 8 euro’s a night) we agreed to pay half. Which was before we realised there was barely any hot water, no matter the time of day. Then there was the quality of the general facilities and the equipment provided (run down and dated) alongside chipped tableware and cracked tiles. More than once there were holes and stains on the ‘freshly changed’ bedding. The cleaning of the room in winter time is mean’t to be every other day however we had to verbally request for the room to be cleaned. We also ended up doing it ourselves a few times in the two weeks. The maids were excessively loud and disruptive, often waking us with banging and crashing as they carried out their cleaning services in the surrounding rooms. When we approached the staff working at the hotel they said they would contact the manager/owner to find a solution to the issues we had raised but no one came back to us until our check out day, they told us if we didn’t pay the room upgrade despite our disappointing experience they would have to pay which was obviously a lie. We also requested a double mattress topper, our request was ignored even though we asked numerous times. Our request was finally granted a week into our stay. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Have just returned from my first ever solo holiday and after a ton of research, finally chose Antique Roman Palace after reading all of the reviews and wasn't disappointed with my choice. Lovely rooms that were well maintained and no issues with housekeeping, it was fun to see how artistic they were with preparing the bed, the first night was a creature wearing my glasses which genuinely made me laugh when I walked through the door. Food was good with plenty of choice, if you didn't want to eat in the main restaurant, there were food options in the 24 hour bar that were freshly prepared upon order. The hotel has two pools as well the main beach over the road, where the staff member was always smiling and attentive, as you could access drinks. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them. Only drawback was that there weren't too many English speaking guests, so as a solo traveller, that was a bit limiting - but it's not the hotels fault! Loved the place ❤️

When my friend and I were planning our vacation in Turkey and considered this hotel we were a bit sceptical due to the different reviews we found online. People were complaining about the noise level, poor cleaning of rooms, etc. However, for the price we paid and the hotel´s great location we thought we´d risk it and see. We´re so happy we made that choice! Our room was right next to the bar/restaurant area and facing the street with other bars and we had zero issues with noise. Yes, we could hear some music from the outside but it stopped at midnight and even before that, I would not describe it as disturbing or too much. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was always made, and the towels were changed, all good on that as well. Our only ”issue” which is not really an issue, just a minor misstep - one day the cleaning staff forgot to give us new towels after collecting the old ones. We just went by the reception and explained the situation and got new towels immediately. The food and staff in the restaurant and on the beach were also great. Eating with the view of the beach is amazing. If you come by for a drink, you´ll get a plate of fruits on the side for free. The prices are a bit higher, but it´s completely understandable and expected - after all, it is a tourist location and there is currently super high inflation. Overall, I feel like all the negative reviews are written by either elderly people who can´t stand even a little bit of music or by people who expect a 5-star experience from a 3-star hotel. I feel that this hotel provides great service (considering it´s a 3-star hotel) for a good price. And the staff is super welcoming so whenever someone comes with a question or a request or an issue to be solved, they will do their best to help. It´s just a matter of coming to them and voicing out what you want/need. Would definitely like to come to this hotel again!

Недорогой, но уютный отель расположен в центре города, совсем рядом с пляжем Клеопатры, фуникулёром, Археологическим музеем и прочими достопримечательностями. Уборка номеров регулярна. Они вместительны, с высокими потолками. Некоторые детали интерьера ждут обновления, но это не критичная проблема. Кондиционер -- платно. Вайфай сильный и стабильный -- в отличие от многих других, даже более дорогих, гостиниц Аланьи.

Had a lovely time at this hotel, the room was spacious and kept very clean by the excellent staff. The hotel is in a very good position, a walk to the beach only takes under 5 minutes and a bus to the centre of town is very good value at 9 tl .The nights can get a bit noisy with disco music playing until midnight but ear plugs could solve this. The breakfast is the same each day and a buffet style could sort this out. Overall a very pleasant stay helped by an excellent management team.

Ci sono mangiati e bevuti 24 ore, buffet è ricco, carne di porcellino e dolci in Turchia sono deliziosi!In inverno sono state aperte due piscine all'interno e all'esterno, e la nuoto sul mare è un po'freddo.La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, mini bar beve gratis.
