This was our first hotel in Seychelles and honestly very well start. It is very clean and new hotel. Location is awesome and it has a private beach (kafe kreol). The amenities are excellent and various including kids play zone. However, the breakfast could be better and wider in options. All in all it is a good place to be during your vacation.

這價格在塞舌爾算性價比比較高的，離機場和維多利亞市中心不近，十幾公里，馬路對面就是沙灘，淺海處都是海草。附近的話酒店樓下的小店東西乾淨，價格合適，旁邊一條街都是破舊小店，價格很高。讓我不開心的是酒店Wi-Fi如果想發視頻照片的，收費的，一晚上300 rupees，150一晚，我一開始問他們説免費，其實衹是最基礎的免費，涉及照片和視頻的套餐就額外要錢。反正這個地方啥都貴就是了！加上來的是雨季，床單總是感覺吵潮的，還有股淡淡的臭味。總體來説就是很一般吧，下次不會住！

Отель очень понравился, местоположение и номер отличные, завтраки прекрасные. Внимательные девушки на ресепшен. Кровать большая, мягкая, белье чистое. Дали номер категории выше) за что спасибо Бесплатные sup на пляже. Единственный минус, пришлось просить перемыть пол и я бы обновил/отмыл лежаки на пляже. Проблема была с оплатой через trip.com, при заезде сказали, что оплаты не было, но вопрос отель решил через 5мин. А вот оплату налогов пришлось делать 2 раза, при этом trip.com пытались разобраться в этом 2 дня, в результате компенсировали trip coins.

Vado al Laila resort che costa decisamente caro e dovrebbe essere un 5 stelle. Albergo bello ma non bellissimo ma personale pessimo. Arrivo alla reception e mi accolgono sgarbatamente. Vado in spiaggia (molto bella forse la migliore dell’isola) ma il servizio spiaggia inesistente mi dicono di prendere uno dei lettini lasciati da altri e pure sporchi. In pratica l’albergo ha pochissimi lettini e quando finiscono resti sulla spiaggia libera! Cena piuttosto cattiva e colazione pessima!! Ma il bello è che quando devo andare via (con un taxi che mi aspettava) una sgarbatissima signora della reception mi sequestra perché dice che non ho pagato la camera!! Io avevo pagato tutto tramite agenzia ma la signorina vuole essere pagata di nuovo !! Dopo varie telefonate all’agenzia e dopo molto penare mi lasciano andare. Veramente sgarbati e pessimi. Mai successa una cosa simile. Non è un albergo che si merita 5 stelle, non vale assolutamente il prezzo che chiede. Dovrebbero cambiare tutto il personale soprattutto le signore della reception. Lo sconsiglio caldamente

Siamo stati in questo Hotel la prima settimana di novembre con la famiglia con trattamento mezza pensione. Dopo varie ricerche abbiamo scoperto il Laila e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della scelta fatta! Pulizia, servizi generali, gestione, cibo, personale gentile, tutto ottimo! La spiaggia è a due passi esattamente di fronte all'Hotel, comoda e bellissima. In spiaggia è presente anche un piccolo ristorante dove si mangia benissimo. Nonostante non sia presente l'animazione, sono disponibili diverse attività per fare sport acquatici come la canoa. Assolutamente consigliato!

Hotel nuovo , ben tenuto , esteticamente bello . Stanza piacevole ordinata e ampia . Servizi nulli . Ristorazione pessima . Organizzazione spiaggia imbarazzante . Piscina soddisfacente . Se cercate privacy è il posto giusto vi sentirete completamente abbandonati .

We had a lovely afternoon dining by the pool at Laila Resort. Our orders 📝: - - - - - - - ▪️Fish and Chips ▪️Beef Burger ▪️Caesar & Creole Smoked Fish Salad ▪️Fresh Peach Ice Tea ▪️Freshly-Squeezed Orange Juice The food was fantastic and definitely worth the money 😀. I appreciate any restaurant that serves fresh juices and iced tea’s. They were super delicious. My son has finally found a place on Mahé that serves a decent Beef Burger. The patty was well seasoned and the filling was nothing too complicated. A simple burger does not need anything extra to prove its quality. The Fish and Chips were phenomenal!! Crispy and Non-Greasy and the choice of fish was excellent ( no overpowering fishy taste). Despite the music being a little bit too loud 🫤, the service was excellent and our afternoon ended on a good note. We will be back!

The hotel is beautiful extremely clean all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is so delicious. We met the restaurants manager stephanie she s adorable she is super friendly aware of every single detail very professional staff. They all make our stay so comfortable. We met as well one of the managers mr rabih very nice person. There is a bus station close in case people don t want taxi which makes it easy to go around the island. I strongly recommend the hotel.

My wife and I had a thai massage with Dina. Experience was unforgettable. From start to end it was amazing. We wanted to thank our therapist, Dina, and I will highly recommend it for everyone to try... The room, the atmosphere, the massage, great experience.

Amazing hotel. Pros: 1 - very beautiful rooms & overall hotel design. 2 - food at hotel restaurant is delicious 3. They have 2 bars 1 of them is a pool bar and the other is in the third level? Cant remember, restaurant also offer alcohol too, delicious drinks. 4. Affordable. 5. Very close to the beach and there is a lovely restaurant by the beach. 6. They offer unlimited complimentary water. 7. In-hotel relaxing spa. 8. Room: Very clean. Lovely view. No cons here.

We spent a night at Laila for my birthday and was impressed. The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. I loved the big balcony! Breakfast had good variety and the pool was nice too. The hotel is right next to the beach. Would stay again for a longer visit.
