Armaturen im Badezimmer wurden nicht gesäubert. Wasserspender auf der Etage war leer.

top Lage, die Innenstadt war zu Fuß innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und von der Größe ausreichend. Leider wurde einmal der Zimmerservice vergessen. Die Air-Condition könnte etwas intensiver sein. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr ansprechend vorbereitet. Die Frühstückszeiten wurden großzügig erweitert. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, reichlich und toll zusammengestellt. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr praktisch war die Tiefgarage am Haus mit Zugang zum Hotel. Bestens zu empfehlen.

I can see why this is one of the top rated hotels in Ansbach. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was excellent. Located conveniently to all major attractions. When we go back to Ansbach we will be staying at Das Hurner. Highly recommend this hotel to American military families.

Really nice new hotel in a really nice town . Close to city center . Great inside secure bicycle storage . Reception was very friendly and helpful . Elevator to upper floors. Room modern, spacious and very clean . Toiletries in room . Bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good with extensive hot and cold options . Only problem was motion detector in bathroom that turned lights on when using the facility at night - a bit disturbing but not a deal breaker

I asked for help at the front desk. The first time I laid down on the bed and woke up I had to irritated skin issues around my L/R sternum. I’m still struggling fix this problem. I have never had this problem before. I also just left the hotel early evening one day prior.

This hotel is relatively brand new. Everything is of high quality. There is a sauna and workout equipment available as well. It is within a couple minutes walk of the old downtown and the historical sites as well. The only problem is there is a 8.5 Euro parking fee. The garage is literally under the hotel. I wish that was included in the price.

I love staying at this property. I stay here at least twice a year. Their breakfast is amazing and dinners are wonderful. The staff is so helpful. Very close to the downtown area and only a 5 minute walk to the train station.

Nice hotel, some problem with TV but was quickly fixed. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection. Location is ideal to visit the old town and on site parking is excellant with very wide bays and deep so easy to get to boot .
