Room and breakfast was ok, but the shower was full with black mold and the equipment for changing to the top shower was not there anymore

Service was excellent. Front desk assisted to get a taxi on a rainy day. Breakfast was enjoyable with orange juice, tomatoes, chives vegetable mixed with meat slices, soya bean juice, fried rice, and other options in a buffet style setting. Managed to get a room without a strong smell of cigarettes. Best of all is the washer and dryer facilities (four machines) in a shared room on the fifth storey. Managed to get laundry done with a 15 minute quick wash and 3 hour drying duration. Hotel is a short walk away (5 minutes or less) from a new large shopping centre. Hotel is a short taxi ride away (about 15 minutes) from Anqing’s high speed railway station.

Location was good, nearby to a big plaza. Cleanliness is still acceptable in the room. Service from the staff was great and helpful. Facilities are poor, you have to do your own laundry service (if you do not have time for example you need to goto work or walk around the city then no one will do it for you.), only self service laundry which I do not like. Breakfast was just okay but I can say poor as well. Foods are the same everyday (if you stay more than 1 day, you will not want to eat it after your second or third days). I was eating western style, no knife and folk for me even upon request. How do you apply butter on breads if there is no knife? Coffee was bad. The hotel lift is old, looks terrible but working. And payment was terrible, not accepting international credit cards and expecting foreigners to bring enough cash? Overall, if you are not too demanding then you can stay. For me, well... you know what is my answer.

朋友一行四人一起來到安慶旅遊，出行之前在攜程上打了好幾通電話，確認酒店訊息，酒店客服禮賓009號接待人員很熱情，很有耐心回答了我們的問題，給我們兩個房間都升級了。行政湖景房湖景很漂亮，房間裏配有浴缸、智能馬桶和按摩椅，還有可以沖泡的茶葉，非常享受。酒店環境舒適優雅，交通便利，早餐好吃，打車方便，周圍有吾悦廣場，非常適合居家旅行！

這個酒店住了很多次，交通方便，公園、商場都在旁邊，位置可以説是絕佳.裏面的服務人員都非常好，很負責任也很熱情，入住那天前台微微小姐姐看我帶着寶寶，貼心的安排了小玩具，但是房間裏的衞生細節有很大提升空間，希望可以改善

攜程訂房十多年旅遊出行，第一次碰到這樣的酒店，顯示2023年開業，設施老舊，完全欺騙顧客，前台服務差，最離譜是離譜洗手間跟沐足間衹有一個門，無遮擋***設計，去洗手間暴露無遮。也是第一次住房評價，希望大家不踩雷。

謝謝禮迎官CC介紹的美食，看了評價來的，確實沒有失望。到店後漢服小姑娘歡迎引導辦理入住，等待的過程中，一杯冰果茶送到面前，引送到電梯口，上電梯後遇見了客房清潔的工作人員，也很有禮貌的打招呼。房間空調效果很好，早餐營養均衡。再會！

開元名庭值得信賴，酒店設施齊全，服務人員熱情周到。安慶這幾天持續下雨，去停車場的時候穿着漢服的工服人員打着傘送到車上。臨走囑咐，去任何城市首先要選擇開元名庭哦，每一家都會有禮迎官，是品牌特色。我記住啦！

設施：有洗衣房和烘乾房，比較方便。還順便熨燙了衣服 衞生：整體還是比較乾淨、整潔 環境：周邊環境不錯，可以遠眺到江面。 服務：我忙於工作，忘記9:30早餐結束，給酒店前台電話告知要下去吃飯，留一碗麪條即可。早餐部幾位服務人員非常熱情，給我煮了麪條，不小心打翻了牛奶，也迅速的過來把地面清理乾淨，必須表揚。

酒店在安慶市吾悦廣場，對面就是愛瑪會體育館，是安慶市中間位置。前台服務很熱情，前台丹丹給我們用權益兑換延遲退房，很滿意。重點是房間：定的房，配置可以説相當齊全了，像在家裡一樣，衞生很乾凈，來安慶的小夥伴趕緊沖

從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就被温馨而高雅的氛圍所包圍，前台禮迎官朱超超就行了叉手禮，熱情友好，辦理入住很迅速，讓我感受到了家一般的温暖，房間也佈局的很好很精緻，一塵不染。

房間乾淨整潔，入住讓人舒適，值得下次入住，工作人員都很熱情，接待的人員真的特別熱情有禮貌。感謝禮迎官cc的以禮儀相迎，花茶很好喝，加了冰塊狠爽口，我能感受到你真誠的熱情，是一家用心服務的酒店。
