In a beautifull silent natural setting, Le Pre Martin is providing cabins to stay. They have new ones (shown in their website) and very old ones (photos shown in this review). To be short if you get an old one expect this: - badly maintained cabin from outside - catastophic kitchen where the fridge makes so much noise that neighbours ask if it can be turned-off - old furnitures - beds with plastic like covers - thin matrasses - WC and Douche badly fitted and maintained - Wedding party noise until deep in the night + beautifull views on mountains So stay away from Le Pre Martin or make very sure you get a new cabin!

I spent the months of September and October in Le Pré Martin. Annot is a pretty village in the mountains, only an hour’s drive from the airport and attainable by train from Nice. The new young owners are very helpful and efficient. The 36 chalets are wonderfully situated, with stunning views and only 5 minutes’ walk from the village. There are plenty of walks to do, a swimming pool in the village and drives to several well-known sites, such as the Gorges du Verdon. I highly recommend the Pré Martin. I had a wonderful time.

Chalet très propre,confortable avec une terrasse il ne manque rien Au calme dans la nature Parking Très belles randonnées aux alentours Isabelle et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis Les repas excellents et très copieux Un vrai bonheur

Accueil très chaleureux, une vue magnifique. Je recommande fortement. Chauffage merveilleux dans les chambres et autres pour les temps froids du tôt matin. Fête du nouvel an passé dans la bonne humeur. Jeu de société pour enfant conviviale et marrant.

Chalet spacieux, et propre, très agréable, bel endroit pas loin du village,petit bémol au niveau de la vaisselle juste pour 4 personnes, et il manque quelques accessoires, (egoutoire a vaiselle) accueil sympathique, gouttières neuves bruyantes quand il pleut la nuit,

Chalet "accessible aux fauteuils roulants": Très vétuste, la porte de la SDB ne fermait pas, aucunes ampoules dans les chambres, le sol semble s'effondrer par endroits... Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'accès PMR aux chalets dits "supérieurs". Le prix de la nuit dépasse largement la qualité de la prestation... Point positif : Bonne literie.

Le pré Martin, un endroit paisible dans un écrin de verdure, entouré de montagnes. Le site est implanté de jolis et confortables chalets. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires Isabelle et Alain, ils sont aux petits soins pour leurs résidents, il suffit de demander. Le pré Martin, ce n'est que du bonheur, nous reviendrons.

Nous sommes montés à 45 personnes pour 3jours de séminaire scientifique. Isabelle et Alain sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Ils ont été aux petits soins tout du long. Tout était parfait niveau logistique et on a très bien mangé ! En un mot, on y reviendra pour le prochain séminaire ou encore même pour un petit séjour en famille. C’est validé !
