"Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno al Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. Il posto era pulito e ben tenuto, e il servizio era veloce, soprattutto quando abbiamo chiesto asciugamani extra. L'uscita era pulita e veloce, che apprezziamo davvero. È circa un 15-minute guidare al centro di Annapolis e al quartiere storico, quindi è un luogo confortevole e tranquillo proprio fuori dalla città."

"Abbiamo raggiunto l'hotel alle 4:00. Non c'è posto per parcheggiare, quindi sono andato a controllare e trovare il valet. Ho chiesto al signore sul desk di valet e ha detto che non aveva niente a che fare con il valet. Sono occupati e devo aspettare fuori. Ho detto bene. Ho chiesto se sapesse dove fosse il ristorante che ho prenotato e non era una pista e poi tira fuori una lista di ristoranti e dice che è sulla lista. Dove è? La sua risposta è sulla lista. Ok. Ovviamente non capiva l’inglese, quindi pensavo che chiederei al valet. Sono andato al valet e mi ha detto che non siamo nel palazzo principale e che non ha tempo per aiutarci. Non era sicuro se potesse valer la macchina. Mi ha detto di lasciare la macchina e di portare il bagaglio all'edificio che stai per rimanere. Beh, è finito a circa 5 isolati dalle passeggiate di coperchio in alto. Ok, tanto per il servizio clienti. Non mi sono reso conto che non ci prendevano cura di nessuna. Non c'è servizio al cliente! Non posso credere che abbia pagato così tanto e che era una stanza di dimensioni di una scatola di scarpe senza servizio. "

Wwvjch01A beautiful little inn on the shores of the river, we found this hotel comfortable, clean and the king bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff is simply amazing, they are friendly, cordial and go way above and beyond to make sure your requirements are attended to. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. Special thanks to them for helping my husband navigate his way around an unfamiliar area while I sat with my mom at the local hospital. This is now my go to place whenever I have to be in the Southern Maryland area for any reason.

UUtente ospiteI will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine.

È possibile registrarsi in anticipo sulla scena di ricezione, e l'auto può essere aperta in anticipo. Il servizio di ricezione è molto buono. L'auto di 6:20 è appena scappata per dieci minuti. TTrishI was only there from around 10pm until 7am so I didn't get a lot of time to really rate it. But my room was super clean and it was very comfortable. I could open the window which I really love being able to do and meant I could turn off the fan/air conditioning ... which was a good thing also because it was an old and pretty noisy unit. I would have liked more light in the bathroom. It had a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was surprisingly good with nice bacon, potatoes and tasty eggs, juice, pastry options. It was only around 20 mins from downtown Baltimore. All the staff I dealt with were friendly. I would stay there again.

KKIM Mr.A 15 minuti dall'aeroporto e sembra che stia gestendo una navetta aeroportuale.
Ho preso un taxi Uber e ha costato circa $10 e è venuto molto comodo. Non credo che ci sia acqua fornita da Hotham, quindi sarebbe bello preparare acqua. Ci sono ristoranti e stalle per mangiare semplicemente intorno. L'aria era buona, tranquilla e molto buona

KK1KiPet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼
