The cottage was an excellent place for our base in the Digby area. Very clean and with a great lay out for 2 couples. The view is amazing and we found it hard to tear ourselves away to visit Digby and Annapolis Royal. Our host greeted us and showed us around the cottage and was able to give us lots of information about the location and surrounding area. The land the lodge and cottages are on was lovely to walk around and there was even a beach area to explore.

Wonderful vacation spot
Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful setting. Cabin very clean with usable kitchen (stocked with plates, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, etc). Comfortable living room, bed a bit soft for our preference. Host responsive and friendly. Walking trails and beach access a wonderful bonus, especially with loons present. We would definitely stay here again next time we are traveling to NS.

Beautiful, large apartment like, with full kitchen. Charming old world charm. Scenic views from windows. Balcony was lovely. Sure to come again. The highest recommendation.

It was a delightful, charming older small hotel in a beautiful setting. There were 3 of us with lots of space, loved the gardens, and it was so sweet of the hosts to offer us access to the homegrown tomatoes, and apples. Would stsy there again

Enjoyable sunsets on a dedicated porch with colourful chair.

Wow! This was the most relaxing and beautiful location. We really enjoyed the quiet and sitting on the deck overlooking the water. Just what we needed.

There was no parking available for my manure carts with horse shart. Hence, the lodging did not live up to my expectations. The room was neat. A delightful breeze was swirling around my cabin. It was disappointing that there was no restaurant. There was neither a pool nor a DJ in sight. Furthermore, there is no food or drink to be found in that area. Frank and Doras is expensive and disappointing. While I was sleeping, a dung beetle crawled into my mouth from the unclean, stinky depths of the urinal. Who took my foul-smelling underwear? The room was filthy, the steps were unsafe and rotten. I'm not sure if they enjoyed my smelly gas emissions from my **** or not. There was no edible food in the garden, and it was covered in weeds. The pillow had a shart mark and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. A cigar was roasted in the oven and it smelled pleasant. There was also no space available for me to park my manure spreader.

I love this motel. Highly recommended. It is what they want me to say! The truth will behold here! The area was filthy, had a foul odor, and was covered in grime, lint, and odor. It was in chaos, and the situation was horrible. The pool was infested with moldy diapers. The lake matched the pool's level of repulsiveness. Worse, the breakfast was packed with a significant amount of excrement! I'm sorry for not sharing this review sooner, but I found myself hacked. Extremely uninviting. Stay away. Disgusting. The motel was appalling. It was dirty, overbearing, obnoxious, and unsatisfactory. It was revolting. Do not book a room here. I struggled with making a decision, as it's a decent motel in the gut and a cool spot to show off my awesome bikes!
