The absolute WORST!!! Do not stay here!! I’m embarrassed I’m even here and want to spare you this experience. I don’t even know where to start. Disgusting. Dangerous. Smells. There’s literally a wad of gum on the wall. I was scared for my health and safety. This is the worst.

This is NOT a hotel. Do not stay here!!! Local resident told us while eating after a Michigan game to be careful as this “hotel” houses recently released convicts that have no place to go. The rooms as well as the hotel itself is beyond disgusting. We barricaded our door shut just to feel safe. Again this is nothing but a trap house that needs shut down immediately!

Place is filthy, moldy, smells real bad, and is a safety hazard. We booked a room in another hotel and checked out of there within minutes. This hotel needs closed down permanently. It reminded us of the ghetto. We did not feel safe there. Do not stay here. It is not worth the rating of 1.

The hotel is no where near to be what is described in website. As for out door, pool is empty and everything looks abandoned but I could let that passed if the indoor was clean which was absolutely discussed Bathroom besides mold and rust , was shaving hair all over the sink from previous guest . Room smells ********* . A role hole in the felling, bedding smells dirty , carpete probably never clean curtains falling apart . The restaurant is closed, ballroom abandoned, I ask to buy water and not even that was available. Unfortunately I got in at 2 am and could not go anywhere. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE. I looked at the reviews before booking and that is why I decided for the place but never been more disappointed then that . I actually request a refund and they denied. And I’m honesty they should not even be open . Doors around the building was unlocked 24 hours with access to anyone.

Good enough if you need a place to sleep but don’t expect to enjoy it. Pros: No bed bugs* Musty odor only mild No mold No stains on bedding Draining in bathroom worked Only mildly louder than other hotels I’ve stayed in Close to downtown Ann Arbor Cons: Less than 10 tv channels Blurry tv Sink would not turn off Toilet kept running Cut my leg on a random hidden part of bed frame Could use detail cleaning Hard mattress Stained mattress Discolored pillows under pillowcases Filthy curtains This could be a nice, cute place with a serious overhaul *I did kill a giant beetle.

Absolute discussing, a dumb! Shower and sink did not drain properly and when you brought it to the attention they argued with you. There are no amenities, zero, none and yet they advertise them. READ the reviews and stay SOMEWHERE ELSE! You have been warned!
