The Kahya hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s really cozy and interestingly cheap especially if you are from Europe. Hotel’s crews are doing a great job and they will do their best if you need them. It should not be unmentioned that you can have any well known Turkish foods on its restaurant. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Ankara.

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

Ho avuto un'esperienza di amore e odio con questo hotel. Amo il suo senso di lusso (eccetto il loro SPA che può essere migliore), e allo stesso tempo odio l'esperienza dell'incidenza della scatola di sicurezza nella mia stanza che porta al danno della mia collezione limitata di sacchetto di cuoio di Timberland. Ma poi mi piace come hanno gestito l’incidente, e dopo una serie di negoziati mi hanno comprato al Panora Mall e mi hanno lasciato scegliere un sacchetto di Tommy Hilfiger come sostituto. Naturalmente, il negoziato non è stato facile, ma mi congratulo con loro per aver finalmente deciso di fare ciò che è giusto per rendere felice il cliente, e ringrazio in particolare l'onorevole Murak, uno dei dirigenti che mi ha accompagnato al centro commerciale e ha comprato un nuovo sacchetto. Quando l'incidente è avvenuto, ho lamentato tre amministratori, ma solo il signor Murak aveva il senso di empatia e ha seguito attentamente questo caso fino a quando la direzione superiore dell'hotel è venuta a raccontare le buone notizie della sostituzione del sacchetto. Grazie, onorevole Murak e per la squadra!

1. La decorazione è molto classica e ha un tipo di camera di aggiornamento gratuito. Letto e divano sono particolarmente ampie e confortevoli. 3. Il fiore non può regolare l'angolo, un po'difficile.Uno dei tappi ha rilassato l'uso. Il colazione è molto buono, il tipo è ricco, e l'ambiente è molto comodo nel caffè sottostante.

Noi siamo rimasti all'hotel e siamo stati molto felici del servizio. I dipendenti erano molto felici di aiutare, soprattutto il direttore di vendita Nurettin Mutlugün. La posizione dell'hotel e' molto buona, come nel centro della città, si può raggiungere ovunque presto, siamo stati un po' stanchi perche' siamo arrivati dalla strada, abbiamo fatto i nostri affari in ricezione presto e siamo arrivati in camera. L'hotel ha un design diverso da quello di altri hotel, costruiti in stile classico, sembrava a casa, le sue letti e le sue cuscinetti erano molto comodi, stanza e bagno erano molto puliti, ci serviva il cuscino, e subito ci serviva il colazione, ci piaceva il colazione, e' molto. Non preoccuparti, ci sono anche l'acqua arancione, per questo hanno un'altra somma in hotel, e i dipendenti chiedono se avete un'altra richiesta nel ristorante, e lo fanno subito, e il personale è molto gentile e gentile. Credo di aver trovato un buon hotel per ospitare quando sono venuto ad Ankara da solo e da famiglia.
