Hotel in zona Ahmet Kaya Yürüyüş Parkı, Ankara

Abbiamo avuto un ospite che visitava un altro paese, e mentre era forse felice dell'hotel e dei suoi servizi, io, come l'unico che organizza l'alloggio, aveva qualche preoccupazione. Il metodo di pagamento dell'hotel rimane molto da desiderare. Normalmente, quando si accede, si paga un piccolo importo in anticipo e si regola il resto al check-out. Tuttavia, il personale dell'hotel ha insistito su più pagamenti in anticipo, chiamandoci ogni volta a chiedere il pagamento. Questo è successo tre o quattro volte dopo la nostra arrivo, che è stato molto frustrante. Uno dei suoi giorni di soggiorno, nonostante l'informazione preliminare sulla ricezione che il nostro ospite sarebbe in ritardo, ho ancora ricevuto una chiamata a 02.00 a.m (midonotte) chiedendo dove il nostro ospite si trovava. Sembrava che si sospettassero che il nostro ospite avesse cercato di scappare o qualcosa del genere. A mio parere, come rappresentante di un'azienda che lavora nella regione di Ostim, non posso raccomandare questo hotel. Non posso parlare alla soddisfazione del nostro ospite, ma sulla base della mia esperienza, suggerisco di prendere in considerazione altre opzioni.

Very central. Just next to a mall - Armada. A few minutes drive to center. The reception was very friendly. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Hotel was quiet and calm. Offering free parking place. A very good option for the value. In my next visit, I would love to stay there again.

Odd title for this hotel, but you cannot believe how much of a struggle it is to find this hotel online even after it was booked for us! First of all, it is a generic name - Ankara and Hotel feature prominently in the name in which there are hundreds of hotels in Ankara and you are bombarded with ads or other hotels. Secondly, I am great at such things and finding out and even I struggled. Thirdly, it was worse when we were in Turkey as the websites all come up in Turkish and you spend valuable time translating etc on a cell phone with data! If you cannot rename it, add a unique identifier to it. Second gripe and the final one - this hotel is right outside the main train station at Ankara. We arrived by train from Istanbul, presumably a popular way for people to come to this hotel. Was there a single sign on the station? Nope.. Misleadingly, an elevator on one side of the station has a huge sign outside displaying an ad/banner for this which could be taken as the elevator to the hotel. Nope! It just goes down to the ground floor. So you have to exit the station, turn left and keep walking past some cafes and then come to the entrance. Once you are there, the hotel is magnificent, modern and spacious in every way. Staff is courteous and the onsite restaurant looks good though we did not use it. The rooms are very modern with every comfort, fancy buttons to set room status to buys, do not disturb, please clean etc etc. There are many empty well laid out floors with seating areas etc so you do not have to sit in your room. An office/working area too if you so wish. All in all, great value, excellent facilities, great staff, just let down by the previous two gripes.

Внезапно оказалось что отель в центре города. В 600 метрах Старбакс и напротив него SR Doner – очень вкусная шаурма. В полутора километрах замок Анкара. Завтраки не разнообразные, так себе, но есть можно. Вроде бы бесплатно чай наливают в течение дня по запросу в баре на первом. Но рядом был Старбакс, ходил туда за апельсиновым соком и латте.

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

Booked this for my fiancé for her business trip. She loved it! Only down side was she couldn’t adjust the heat in her room so it was like a sauna but everything else was great

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo, il personale era così amichevole e utile, era sociale, e abbiamo incontrato persone sorprendenti durante il nostro soggiorno.Mi piaceva la terrazza superiore del tetto e le camere erano belle e grandi, e il colazione era umile. L'unica domanda che ho avuto è la posizione, tutti i ristoranti vicino sono molto prezzi e turistici, quindi è necessario essere pronti a camminare un po' fuori dalla zona per un pasto più economico. Smettila per una notte sulla strada per Cappadocia. Un piccolo hotel è quasi nel centro di Ankara. Le camere sono un po 'cansate, ma non è un problema. Vivere al quinto piano, le finestre della camera sono uscite sulla strada laterale, così tranquillo. Ma con la finestra aperta presto al mattino sentirete la chiamata alla preghiera. Il colazione è modesto. Il personale era utile, parcheggiato la nostra auto proprio accanto all'hotel che è una grande fortuna per Ankara. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel in molti negozi, caffè, ristoranti. Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. Posso coraggiosamente raccomandare l'Hotel Enerji a tutti i viaggiatori che non hanno bisogno di un ostello o Hilton ...

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.
