UUntamedFootprintsThe hotel is located quite close to subway station, about 5-10 min walk.
The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

GGrace CallejaThis hotel is literally ACROSS West Lake. I am still in AWE with the beautiful and memorable experience we had staying in this BEAUTIFUL AND TRANQUIL place. I am attaching photos of the grounds. Just walking around the compound early morning or after dinner is a treat! If I am not mistaken, there are 6 2-story high buildings in the compound that are used as hotel rooms and convention halls or meeting rooms and breakfast place. There was also one building in the compound where Mao Zedong drafted the first constitution! We stayed at the second floor of Building #2. From what I learned, this place is government-run and was renovated and used during the ASEAN summit in Hangzhou where foreign dignitaries stayed. They have a very fast and simple one-man check in counter. Very few English speaking staff, but everyone was very nice and room service was very fast. The room is good for 2pax with a kingsize bed but we opted to pay for an extra bed as there were 3 of us staying in the room. The beddings, towels and toiletries were all high quality and with Dyson haridryer! The scent of their shampoo and bodywash were also very nice. I like that their toilet and shower are separate cubicles which makes the morning rush faster. Toilet is smart toilet - which is a big plus as most hotel toilets do not have bidet! The breakfast buffet that is part of the room package was FANTASTIC! There were 2 options - one is an inhouse buffet breakfast and other one is at 1913, a Michelin-mentioned restaurant which is just beside the compound. We opted to dine at the 1913 on our first morning and thought the food was great with a lot of selection and quality options. Personally, I think the inhouse option was a better breakfast - better than a 5-star hotel breakfast! Since the compound is big, a free shuttle is available to take us to our chosen breakfast place or anywhere in the compound. On our second day, we had to catch a train and had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time, upon request the hotel thoughtfully and generously packed for us a takeaway food which we conveniently ate during our train ride. One of the highlights. of our stay here was the free costume rental and 1-hour photography session that was bundled with our room cost. My 82 year old mom had a grand time! BONUS: the hotel provided a free wheelchair for the duration of our stay which we could use inside and outside of the compound! My mom was able to enjoy the scenery of West Lake because of that! The only downside was despite being a non-smoking room, I could still smell faint scent of cigarette. Overall, this place is SUPERBLY RECOMMENDED!

UUtente ospiteIl centro di accoglienza è molto tranquillo e tranquillo, il cibo è delizioso, con il colazione eccezionale e la zona spa (sauna, vapore, jacuzzi) è un piacere assoluto dopo un giro di golf. Per quanto riguarda il campo da golf, messo tra una piantagione di tè, è stupendo!
Per la squadra di campeggio alberghiero e golf, non c'era nulla di troppo, e una menzione speciale va a Lucy, il direttore di casa, che era attento da primo all'ultimo, e si è assicurato che il mio soggiorno fosse molto memorabile.

Very therapeutic and authentic Chinese experience (and given it’s the only 1 of 1 resort with a private lake and 40000sqm of space) it’s definitely worth an experience.

UUtente anonimoÈ meritatamente chiamata pensione statale. Ha un ambiente eccellente. È sostenuta dalla Pagoda Leifeng, circondata da laghi su tre lati. Puoi vedere le Tre Piscine che Riflettono la Luna da vicino, di fronte al Ponte Su Dibo a ovest e si affaccia sulla Pagoda Baochu in lontananza. Puoi avere una vista panoramica dei laghi e delle montagne. Il design del giardino è squisito e il verde è bellissimo. Ci sono alberi ombrosi, padiglioni, corridoi, ampi prati e fiori in fiore. Passeggiare in riva al Lago Ovest e ai viali alberati, respirare l'aria fresca, ti fa sentire rilassato e felice. Il personale è gentile, cordiale e premuroso. La colazione allo Yaoyuan Cafe è ricca di varietà e lo scenario è affascinante. Goditi la vita, vale la pena sperimentarla.

__WeChat287370****Qualche tempo fa ero in viaggio d'affari e ho soggiornato allo Shuxiang Shijia Hotel. L'esperienza è stata fantastica!
Non appena sono entrato nella hall, sono stato attratto dallo stile decorativo antico. Ciò che è stato ancora più sorprendente è stato il fatto che fossero forniti dei bellissimi costumi antichi. Zhang Mingyu ha detto che avrei potuto scattare foto e registrarmi gratuitamente, il che ha realizzato il mio sogno di indossare costumi antichi. Ha anche preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi a scattare foto e i risultati sono stati sorprendenti!
Anche al momento del check-in, il servizio offerto da Xiao Zhang alla reception è stato molto premuroso. Non solo mi hanno preparato rapidamente una stanza, ma hanno anche preso l'iniziativa di chiedere al cameriere di mettere gli articoli monouso che avevo portato con me e di pulirli con cura con salviette disinfettanti. Questa operazione meticolosa mi ha fatto sentire subito al sicuro e al caldo.
La stanza era calda e confortevole, con tutti i comfort necessari. L'ambiente tranquillo mi ha permesso di dormire bene. NNickRZLa camera dell'hotel non era troppo male, aveva un problema con la TV ma telefonato e si riparava rapidamente. Il letto è comodo. La doccia è calda e potente. Non molto rumore fuori da altri ospiti dell'hotel. Visualizza fuori è una vista della città così guardato fuori dalla Torre Hangzhou. Il piano superiore ha una vista del lago occidentale che è bello.
Un po' deluso di trovare un ristorante thailandese (Sawasdee) nell'hotel che serve cibo cinese quando stiamo davvero cercando una gamma di cibo tailandese, quindi andato al buffet invece che era bello e aveva una buona gamma di cibo, bevande e dessert per cena.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel non ha nulla da dire. Ci vogliono solo sette o otto minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Lago dell'Ovest. Ci sono molte fermate dell'autobus davanti alla porta. È molto comodo per andare al Lago dell'Ovest e al molo di Wulinmen buona scelta per viaggiare gratis.
Accanto al Kerry Center e al mercato notturno di Wulin, mangiare non è un problema.
L'arredamento dell'hotel è un po' vecchiotto, ma è pulito e ordinato e il servizio è cordiale. Anche se si trova lungo la strada, non è rumoroso e le camere sono insonorizzate. La colazione dell'hotel è all'altezza del suo prezzo e offre un'ampia varietà di scelta. Se fosse rinnovato, non potrei prenotare allo stesso prezzo, sceglierei di nuovo qui la prossima volta.
