中秋假期定的3天2夜，15號下午4點過來入住就被景色和環境驚艷了。房間設備一流，挑高很高，院子有遮陽傘和竹椅，孩子被樓梯吸引住了，上上下下就能放電。
設施：床頭兩邊！是兩邊插座都有2個usb接口，整整4個，直接少了自己帶插頭充電的煩惱。洗浴用品是菲拉格慕的，打掃阿姨也不吝嗇，次日補給布草的時候哪怕你前一天沒用完也會再補你一份新的，非常大氣風範！各種硬件都無可挑剔，非要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話，相比住的其他豪華酒店，這裏衞生間沒體重秤，卧室沒藍牙音響，但有一説一，loft房間隔音不好，隔壁房間孩子正常説話我也能聽到，還是免了音響這回事吧😄
環境：有吊橋，吊牀，石橋，溪水，鞦韆，魚塘，4個天鵝，1個松鼠，竹筏，户外泳池，N多打卡點，還要什麼動物園，要什麼網紅店，這裏就能待一天！真的不想出去，孩子能玩1天
服務：就更不用説了，提前加微信，瞭解需求，雖然沒寶寶浴袍但多給我們送了毛巾和孩子牙刷，酒店的觀光車完全就是有求必應。服務員莎莎，玲玲，還有幾個小帥哥，經理，甚至保安小哥哥都和我們孩子玩的耐心開心，我兒子睡前看不到莎莎都哭，隔天睡醒眼睛睜開就要找莎莎姐姐😂這必須讓我下次再住這裏了，聽説健身房也在安排了！下次住其他房型體驗一下，網紅玻璃泳池大理比較費事不能開放比較可惜，希望以後有機會試試。

臨時起意決定去安吉玩兩天，攜程搜到這家就定了。下午到達民宿後瞬間就喜歡上這裏。看得出老闆非常用心，一草一木都很精緻。泳池雖不大，但乾淨。娃泡在泳池裡都不肯走，晚上天幕下唱唱歌，喝喝冰啤酒，一點也不熱。對了，贈送的下午茶也很好喝哦。下次有機會想帶父母體驗一次。

L'hotel è bello, la camera è grande e ha un grande balcone.
L'esperienza è stata rovinata dal fatto che, all'arrivo, un ospite ubriacho seduto nel lobby stava spiccando sul pavimento.
Nessuno dell'hotel ha fatto niente e nessuno è andato a pulire per i 15 minuti che eravamo nel lobby.

This resort was the perfect getaway for my family. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, bamboo forests, rivers, and tea plantations, it was the picture of serenity and calm. A perfect family resort with great facilities and play areas for my son and relaxing seated areas for adults to relax whilst the kids enjoy themselves. The staff here is super friendly and helpful and the food and bbq areas are great. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

UUtente ospiteNon sono andato via da molto tempo. Voglio uscire per trovare un hotel per rilassarsi. Ho cercato per molto tempo per trovare questo hotel. Dopo la prenotazione, c'è un servizio di microscrittura completo con il proprietario. L'hotel è molto tranquillo, l'ambiente è molto buono. C'è un grande campo di giacimenti d'oro alla porta dell'hotel, e la foto è molto esterna. C'è un piccolo giardino e un mare di guaio vicino. L'hotel guida verso la cima della montagna può stare in piedi nella stazione di visione più alta di giardino e vista naturale, davvero bellissimo! Il servizio dell'hotel è molto caldo. La sera è Palma per preparare la zuppa di lavanderia. È molto bello. Non c'è problema tranne che il prezzo è molto costoso!

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

Abbiamo anche portato i nostri 2 cani, e mentre la maggior parte dei soggiorni che abbiamo avuto per essere tolleranti per i cani questa villa ha anche cercato di rendere il loro soggiorno così comodo anche, fornendo loro letti extra per cani e anche dando loro entrambi un piccolo colazione per entrambi i giorni che abbiamo Non posso sottolineare quanto sorprendente sia stato il servizio delle ragazze non solo a tutte le nostre richieste, ma anche a offrire servizi di buon pensiero, come fornire un dolce dolce per aiutare con le gole secche. La struttura è molto accogliente con una moderna facciata tradizionale, la stanza stessa era moderna, pulita e confortevole. La zona diretta intorno alla villa è costituita da piccoli negozi, con alcuni in costruzione, le ragazze ci hanno guidato a un ristorante locale che era molto buono. All'interno di una distanza di passo ci sono campi da gioco, piccole tracce e giardini vegetali perfetti per le passeggiate del cane mattina, ci siamo sorpresi di passare più tempo esplorando la zona locale di quanto pensassimo. Il colazione cinese servito è delizioso, e per i nemici del caffè posso confermare che è buono, fatto da una macchina corretta.

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

Location is at the bottom of the mountains next to a busy road. I think the location is ok if you will drive around to different attractions or locations during the day. The hotel grounds are a bit messy especially behind the pool area, maybe still doing construction?
We stayed on the top floor in the attic so the room was a strange shape and quite dark as there is only a small window.

Hotel is by the main road so it’s very noisy with traffic.
Car park and surrounding hotel grounds are muddy so you bring in dirty shoes and dirty dogs into the room.
Mattress is on the floor. View is of the main road - not that nice
TV is very small
No nearby hiking trail
Winter time the floor is ice cold, you need slippers
If you are only here to stay in the room and do nothing then you may like it.
I don’t recommend staying on the 4th floor which is the attic.
If you are looking for peace and scenery and be in the mountains then this hotel is not for you.

CCuc DanielAlthough we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes
Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes
Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

SScarletTheWandererIl soggiorno è incredibile, con la più bella ospite, e le camere sono super pulite, spaziose e hanno una vista terribile della natura. I proprietari di Sun e sua moglie Melissa sono così amichevoli e aiutanti e si sono allontanati dal loro modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. Sempre felice di aiutare e dare consigli su cose da fare nella zona locale – c'è un bel piccolo fiume davanti dove si può nuotare o camminare sulla strada per molti punti diversi da bagnare! È anche circa un 10-15 min di guida da un meraviglioso parco umido che è glorioso. La posizione di questo soggiorno è perfetta e è molto facile da raggiungere da Shanghai. Servino anche delizioso caffè sul sito e il colazione è delizioso e abbondante. Puoi anche portare del cibo e prepararla in una cucina davvero bello per pranzo o cena, se vuoi.
