Ho prenotato tramite *******, noi (2 donne professioniste sulla quarantina) siamo arrivati ​​in hotel intorno alle 20:45, George ci ha fatto entrare nella nostra camera, abbiamo disfatto un po' le valigie e ci siamo sdraiati. Poi si è sentito bussare alla porta circa 45 minuti dopo e quando l'ho aperta, George era lì e ha detto “questa non è la tua stanza. vattene" e ho afferrato le chiavi dalla fessura che accende l'elettricità in modo che le luci si spegnessero e hanno cercato di spingermi oltre nella stanza. Indossavo una piccola camicia da notte e ho detto "per favore, non siamo vestiti, dammi un minuto per mettermi dei vestiti". E ha provato a buttarci fuori proprio in quel momento, ma avevamo tutti i vestiti disfatti. Riprendo le chiavi per accendere la luce, mi vesto e vado fuori a parlare con lui. Ha detto che non fa affari con ******* e si è rifiutato di guardare la mia email di conferma. George è stato estremamente scortese, urlandoci “fuori! Uscire!" Quando gli ho chiesto di essere gentile e di cercare di trovare una soluzione, ha detto che non aveva bisogno di essere educato perché "non eravamo suoi ospiti". Ha detto quanto tempo ci vorrà per uscire, abbiamo detto 5 minuti e penso che ci sia voluto meno tempo. Volevamo andarcene al più presto. Abbiamo lasciato la chiave sul tavolo fuori dalla porta e gli abbiamo gridato che stavamo partendo (era a pochi metri dal bar). Ci ha inseguito e ha detto: "Non volevi conoscere un hotel con disponibilità", ma a quel punto eravamo piuttosto fuori di testa e volevamo solo allontanarci da lui. Ha continuato a urlarci contro e gli ho chiesto di nuovo di smetterla di essere così scortese. Quando siamo arrivati ​​all'auto a noleggio, siamo rimasti seduti per circa 5 minuti cercando di trovare un nuovo hotel alle 21:45. Si è avvicinato alla mia finestra e ci ha detto di lasciare il parcheggio. Era incredibilmente strano. Non ci sentivamo al sicuro lì. Alla fine, ******* dice di avermi inviato un avviso di cancellazione, che deve essere finito nella mia cartella spam perché ovviamente non mi sarei presentato in un hotel che avesse cancellato la mia prenotazione. Non biasimo George per la sua frustrazione nei confronti di *******, ma il modo in cui ci ha trattato è stato più che orribile. Ad essere sincero, quando leggo recensioni come questa, mi chiedo se il recensore sia quello che è un po' fuori. Ma non ho mai scritto una recensione come questa perché non ho mai avuto un'esperienza così negativa in un hotel. Ho viaggiato in molti paesi e ho soggiornato in molti hotel e sono relativamente rilassato. Ma non voglio che nessun altro viva un’esperienza come questa.

We (5 of us across 2 rooms) spent 10 nights here and had the best time. The owners George and Maria, and staff Bill, Nick and Rosa are very nice people- they really made us feel welcome and comfortable like we were at home- anything we wanted or needed they would do their best to help us. Bill and Nick were especially kind to my three children who are 16, 13 and 11 they really looked out for them which put us at ease- they also joined in when we played games in the pool which was great. I really can’t thank them enough they made our holiday. The location is quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy city- there are some nice beaches and restaurants in walking distance- Sarandaris beach is lovely- Ya seafood is a great place to eat. However, be warned if you do walk anywhere there will be big hills to walk up on the way back. The apartments are clean, well kept and have everything you need for your stay. Rosa cleans the rooms every day bless her- she works so hard in the heat. The gardens and pool area are also very clean and well kept and there are many sunbeds- which were always available as the pool area never really got busy. Bill is a great cook- the first night he prepared us a meal of roast chicken, potatoes, rice and salad and it was delicious. Nick is a great host and he makes the best cold coffees and cocktails. I would recommend hiring a car- We hired a car for our trip so it was easy to get around and visit other areas of Crete- there’s so many beautiful places- Agia Pelagia beach, Kato Gouves, Agios Nicolaos Overall we had an amazing time at Kreta Natur, if you are looking for a quiet relaxing break away I would recommend coming here.

First time here and couldn’t wish for more. Peaceful, easy going and away from the bustle of Hersonissos which you can walk to or get a taxi for €10. George and Maria , the hosts, were spectacular and couldn’t for more. Rooms were clean albeit a little dated but spent most of time by the exceptionally clean pool and sea. Will be back !
