Very good stay nice location nice food nice behaviour by staffs and reception thanks for your hospitality

The timing was excellent. The seat can be a bit more comfortable & the water bottle handling tray to be proper.

Great ambiance with great food. Friendly staff with hiegine. But floors were dusty. Location is near nalco smelter plant. And near nalco nagar which is nearer to park. Services are good including room services also.

This hotel is so good as far as i felt quite quick response from their staff, the staff are quite professional and good, the room is clean and nice, bathroom is clean, i am satisfied

Jasmin hotel is very clean and staff is very copertive. I am staying 10 day. Very clean room and everythin is excellent.

I stayed there for 4 days and i was given the worst room possible so i changed room which was 700 rs extra per day. At the time of check out, they charged me 2100 inr for 3 days and told me they would waive 1 day from the bill and give me the final settled bill. But after checking out a few hours later i started receiving calls from the hotel asking me to pay 700 inr as it is still pending. I told them the whole scenario but she kept on asking for money so i told her to let her manager call me. Then around midnight, someone from the hotel called claiming to be the manager and demanding the money. I dont understand what kind of staff they have but they keep on demanding money. Be careful of this hotel and its staff they are all goons.

It's a huge place that must be of 100 rooms but no cleanliness, we stayed for two nights no one came to change bedsheet or cleaning room even after informing at reception. Balcony was full of pigeon. Occupancy of this so called hotel was 07 while we were checking out. Only best part was there food, which we liked.
