Hotel in zona Building 2425, Angeles

La mia esperienza all'hotel Queens aveva un inizio molto roccioso. #1. Quando sono entrato, mi è stato dato una stanza dove la stanza non era ancora stata costruita. Nessun asciugamani e nessun letto. Chiamò il divano e mandò i custodi per risolvere il problema, ma è ancora un inconveniente 45 minuti di aspettare la doccia. #2. La matrice era dura e timido. Forse ha 30 minuti di sonno tutta la notte. La mattina, ho chiesto al dipartimento di frontiera se c'era qualche altra stanza disponibile e se potessi cambiare? Mi hanno informato che non c'erano altre stanze disponibili, ma mi forniranno una materassi a schiuma. Fortunatamente questo ha risolto il problema e sono riuscito a dormire il resto del soggiorno. Kudos al personale di front desk per il loro servizio clienti eccellente per tenermi lì perché stavo già cercando online altri hotel nella zona per passare. La posizione è grande. La piscina è rilassante. Molto consigliare di avere le camere balconi in camera da letto, ma portare il suono cancellando il suono perché il rumore dalla strada e dalla zona della piscina potrebbe essere distratto. Ho sentito delle cose grandi sul ristorante, ma ho solo fatto colazione lì, non mi sono molto impressionato con il loro menu limitato, né con il personale più amichevole del ristorante. Volevo anche sostituire il riso con il marrone, ma mi è stato detto che costava un'ulteriore 100 peso. Wow? Veramente? Solo per il riso? Per colazione, passate a Phillies o Envy. Servizio e menu clienti è molto meglio. In generale, buon hotel. La ragione per cui non gli do un 5* è l'inizio brutto al check-in e al ristorante.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per qualche volta e ogni volta che mi hanno disappunto. Grande posizione e amichevole personale con un grande servizio intorno. Aspetto il mio prossimo soggiorno.

They upgraded our room to Euro suite. The staffs are super nice and the room is well-cleaned. I and my boyfriend are planning to book again when we go back in Pampanga. Hoping ma-upgrade po ulit ang room, hihi. Thank youuu! Overall rate is 10/10!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay at the ABC hotel in Angeles City, with some awesome experiences at an awesome hotel. The staff are very helpful and all made me feel most welcome. My room was a standard suite with a king bed: both the room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with the king bed being both comfortable and huge. The décor might appear a bit decadent / extravagant, but I liked it. The room had everything I needed and housekeeping provided excellent service. I made full use of most of the amenities: restaurants (Vintage Hall and Spice Road), wellness centre (massage and pedicure) as well as the Aqua Sky Deck (very cool bar with swimming pool). I will always have fond memories of my stay at the ABC Hotel and In the words of Douglas MacArthur: I shall return.

Siamo davvero lieti di scoprire il miglior segreto mantenuto a Luzon, Filippine e è in Clark City, Pampaga! Il parco insegreto di Radisson per noi per tornare la seconda volta è il loro personale hotel di eccellente formazione! Quasi tutti i loro dipendenti, dalla guardia alla cameriera, sono molto rispettosi e attenti alle esigenze di ogni ospite. Il primo ufficio è sempre felice ed efficiente. I lavoratori del ristorante sono attenti e veloci. Il portiere e il conducente van sono estremamente utili e pensanti. Quando si visita questo hotel chiede questo personale: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, e James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy e Jessie; Pulizia della stanza = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Non solo questi dipendenti hanno dato il meglio alle loro missioni assegnate, ma hanno anche compiuto molteplici compiti.Io e mio marito abbiamo osservato le loro prestazioni per una settimana perché abbiamo anche il nostro alloggio in Virginia, USA. E ciò che ci ha colpito, quando abbiamo controllato al mattino, un sandwich con frutta fresca e caffè fresco, ci aspettavano di andare con il nostro viaggio all'aeroporto. Infine, voglio ricordare l'array di cibo servito ogni giorno è ben pensato e molto attraente. Kudos al cuoco - sta migliorando ogni volta! La camera è così confortevole che mio marito vuole rimanere dentro tutto il giorno! Per chi accede, assicurarsi di chiedere di cancellare l'importo del deposito pagato sulla carta di credito non appena si accede. La mia famiglia e io pianificheremo di fare questo alloggio a casa nostra mentre visitare i nostri parenti nella zona di Luzon. Mantenere l'eccellente e professionale formazione Radisson!!!

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Situato a buon punto, si trova in 2a fila a Perimeter Road, circa 130m al contenitore di jeepney. Circa 160m al negozio di delicatezze Brettos. I primi bar sono anche a circa 160m. Camere deluxe è molto spaziose e si trova nella parte posteriore dell'apartèle. Le camere standard sono un po' più piccole e sonore anche nella zona anteriore dell'apartèle.

Pros: Decent room size Clean room Decent wifi connection Location is good Some staffs are nice (NOTE: ”some” and that means only 2!) CONS: OKAY LET ME START HERE... So i have checked in late at night around 8pm and the guy who did my checked in was very nice. BUT, other than that there is nothing more to be happy about. Next day for checked out, woman knocked on my door. No good morning or friendly greeting but only told me it is time for check out. I kindly asked for a late check out since i checked in late prior that day but they hesitated and told me I have to pay extra charge and it's TOTALLY fine with me. Also, They don't even offer receipts for extra feed i paid. So I checked out and again asked the old man if they can consider and if i can stay in the room for like 15min something like that while waiting for my service but told me it's already 2pm and they need to clean the room. Lo and behold , the old woman just entered my room and attempted to clean WITHOUT ASKING ME IF IT'S ALREADY OKAY TO ENTER THE ROOM OR IF I HAVE VALUABLE THINGS THERE OR IF I AM ALREADY SETTLED! LASTLY NO ONE EVEN HELPED ME OR OFFER HELP TO CARRY MY THINGS. I AM A SOLO GUEST AND FYI i am girl and I HAVE ONE LUGGAGE AND A BIG CONSOLE WITH ME. I guess it's because im a Filipina so i was treated like this because if i am not alone and probably with someone foreign, THEY WILL BE NICER TO ME. lol! The hotel looks like a house BUT the feels? Totally the opposite!

Il personale era molto caldo e risponde rapidamente. Questo è il momento in cui abbiamo atterrato sulla pista. Check-in era veloce; la stanza era pulita e il cibo era buono. Abbiamo amato il bar, ha una piscina e i cocktail sono grandi! La posizione è anche uno dei suoi assi e noi ci rifletteremo certamente per la nostra prossima visita. Il ragazzo del campanello ha preso molto tempo per prendere cappello il divano frontale seguito e scusato.

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo andati a Midori per celebrare il suo compleanno. L'esperienza generale era buona. La stanza era davvero spaziosa e ben designata. Il personale era utile e amichevole. Il loro cibo era grande (anche i nostri pasticci dalla loro paniera). Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare anche il loro spa e era molto rilassante. Il loro ******, anche se piccolo, è ben attrezzato. Uno dei nostri pensieri è il loro parcheggio. Il loro parcheggio è limitato e sarebbe un passo per l'hotel giusto. Se il tempo permette :)
