Hôtel ibis Styles Saint Etienne Gare Chateaucreux

Stayed here for one night for a football game and the hotel served our needs really well. Easy to access by tram and the train station across the street. Great restaurant on site. Friendly staff that were able to accommodate our needs. The beds were great, air conditioning worked really well, and the place was incredibly clean. Standout for us was the friendly staff including the reception and the custodial team.

Stayed here for 3 nights during the Rugby World Cup to see Fiji v. Australia. Came in by train - so VERY handy as just across the road. Also handy for the Fan Village and Stadium - 25 minutes walk. Now rebranded as an Ibis "Styles" Hotel since the last review (TRIPADVISOR - take note of the name) and presumably smartened up a bit. We found it clean and friendly - rooms were OK and bathroom a just about decent size. Beds were comfortable and soft pillows supplied when requested. And the Air Conditioning worked! A bonus as the weather was gorgeous and still quite hot. Nice breakfast supplied in a funky downstairs area. BIG bonus was being attached to the Maire Kanter restaurant and bar on the ground floor - great atmosphere on the outside tables with all the rugby folks coming and going. Ate in the restaurant once - pretty good. Saint-Etienne is a very nice town to walk around - lots of wide boulevards with squares and cafes to while away a lunch, and some interesting sites to visit (we didn't make it to the Mining Museum unfortunately). We probably won't get back to Saint-Etienne but if we did - then yes, we would stay at the Ibis again.

Employés sympathique et très poli le café a l'entrée pour ce quu séjourne es offert juste en face de la gare très silencieux je suis resté surpris je conseil. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux On y trouve jus d'orange frais, Café, Viennoiseries, œufs a la coque

Hôtel rénové, très jolie décoration. Service impeccable : chambre propre et disponible le matin, personnel très aimable. La chambre est très bien insonorisée, ce qui est appréciable en centre-ville. Accès parfait face à la gare, et petit-déjeuner copieux disponible tôt le matin avant le train :) Merci beaucoup.

Chambre relativement grande mais aucun équipement, ni frigo, ni bouilloire, absolument rien apart le mobilier. Le personnel est accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Mais clairement cela manque d'équipement et c'est dommageable après les gros travaux effectués.

un hôtel refait donc très agréable malgré le bruit des travaux par moment propre, confortable petit déjeuner conforme à cette chaîne d'hôtel accueil très agréable et jeune fille particulièrement arrangeante lors de notre séjour, qui a eu la gentillesse de nous rendre service bien placé face à la gare restaurants accessibles à pieds

Hôtel très sympa, accueil chaleureux. Parfait pour y passer un petit moment en bonne compagnie ;).Les lits sont très confortables, les douches sont aussi très spacieuses. Bien situé proche de la gare.

Pratique et silencieux proche de la Gare (à l'autre bout d'une grande place) et près d'un arrêt de tram Il a été rénové. Confortable comme auparavant. Une jolie décoration au rez et dans les chambres avec des cartes perforées qui ont servi à l'automatisation des métiers à tisser en France au 19e siècle.
