Not bad for the price I guess. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We originally booked for 2 nights but left after 1 night and went to a hotel with more amenities at a better price.

The cleaning ladies are lazy. God forbid you try to sleep till 10:00 am. They won’t come back to clean your room. But they are quick to get you out of your room on the day of check out.
So unprofessional. I travel a lot of for work and that type of behavior is wrong in be very level!!

Although we stayed 1 night, hotel staff was very pleasant and hospitable. The room had a pleasant scent as soon as you walked in and was clean. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Overall, we had an excellent stay!

I like that the rooms were clean the area was clean the hotel itself was very clean. The staff we're pretty good most of the staff did not understand English so it was tough trying to communicate with people. The breakfast was only till 9:30 so if you didn't get down there by 6:10 you weren't getting the breakfast most places breakfast is until 10:00 for the people who are there vacationing not necessarily working and getting up early and going to do a job while they stay there but the people that are vacationing those are the ones that don't usually get breakfast because they're not down there bright and early in the morning, they really should have breakfast until 10:00.

Really nice people working there. This hotel is kind of a dump but it’s cheap and in the suburbs so I didn’t complain when my room was so dirty I lost stuff when I dropped it and looked under the bed and saw dust bunnies and all kinds of trash in a room that smelled vaguely of smoke. The guests are apparently all obnoxious, they charge a $50 “damage deposit” which tells you about their clientele. Convenient enough for court in Lawrence and gym is nice. Staff at front clearly deserve and need a raise.
