Waited some more from the hotel for the price we paid. When we were there they informed us that due to the covid the spa is closed and only the pool is opened. I wouldn't pay again all that money to stay in this hotel

Un lugar mágico e inolvidable. Pasear por calles antiguas y edificaciones de piedra. Recomiendo mucho Caldea. El balneario más grande de Europa para una relajación extrema.

Hotel correcto pero un poco antiguo sobretodo en las habitaciones.

Went with shearings group .Paid a supplement got a room with no view except a wall about 6ft away with air-coolers on the wall.Very dark had to have light on in the day and night.Food wasn't anything special for a so called 4 star.Only good thing was the roof terrace.

This was our first time in Andorra and I didn't know quite what to expect. The prices were definitely cheaper than France, but none of the hotels that I was looking for had any kind of traditional charm, so I settled on a nice looking hotel with parking at the location as we had a rental car. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and let me know where I could park my car. It was a winding upwards path that was very narrow and if my car had been much bigger it would have been scratched and scraped all the way up. We had chosen the Junior Suite with the Spa Tub (30 Euros extra), which was on the 9th floor with a good view of the city and mountains on one side and the building next door on the other side. The room was well appointed, with nothing special except the bathroom was really big and it had a nice sitting area. It was very quiet and the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay - eggs were cold and the cappuccino machine spat out something that vaguely tasted like coffee. The bar area and restaurant all felt like something out of the 1970s and really needs an update. Checkout was fast and easy and the staff were also very helpful with that too. If you're looking for a nice hotel in downtown Andorra de Valle that's walking distance from all the shops and restaurants then we definitely do recommend this place. Just get your cappuccino at Starbucks!

The hotel is dated but nice and also authentic. All the staff are pleasant and food served is very good. Room service is also very good with plenty of essentials left in the bathroom. Don’t miss the lovely rooftop including pool, jacuzzi and sauna during your stay. Enjoy your stay the hotel and staff are lovely!

Here on coach trip now. food cold restaurant staff so rude 3 people sick on our coach another diaharria bar does not open till 8.30 room clean don't waste your time and money coming all this way

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed In. The receptionist was very rude and not at all helpful. There were teenagers stuck in a lift for twenty minutes and she screamed at them to be quite as the guests were complaining of the noise. Eventually a fireman came to get them out, no apologies scowls from her. There was a group of leery men staying at the same time who harassed one of the girls yet again no help or anything. Terrible place.

There are no tea and coffee or kettle in the room , I asked at reception they don't have at this hotel. Breakfast is quite good from 7am to 10.30pm but after that no drinks available at the hotel until 8pm then its wine and water with your meal. We do have some alcoholic drinks free from 8.30pm to 10.30pm. Room is very dark in the day and I had to have lights on in the day. Sun terrace the jacuzzi were not available as they were not set up and no drinks allowed today has been 32 degrees you need water but you have to go to a shop to buy it . The only good point about this hotel is the reception staff and housekeeping. NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY

Hotel que se quedó algo anticuado en el mobiliario y decoración. Es práctico al tener garaje y una piscina con terraza muy grande y con buenas vistas. Nos pusieron una habitación superior a la que pedí y por eso creo que estuvimos muy bien. Cogimos media pensión, el bufet desayuno estaba muy bien pero la cena fue muy flojita. Personal de recepción muy agradables.

Hemos estado una hora en la recepción, sin aire acondicionado con una calor de más de 30 grados, para formalizar la entrada en el hotel. Las señoritas de la recepción tenían un ventilador, cada una, mientras los clientes nos estábamos asando de calor. Después subimos a la quinta planta y ha sido un laberinto llegar a la habitación. Hemos tenido que recorrerlo todo y finalmente hemos encontrado una señora de la limpieza que nos ha indicado que teníamos que pasar por una puerta de emergencia para llegar a la habitación. Vamos una aventura que no sé cómo va acabar. Ah tampoco tienen sitio para dejar el coche mientras realizas los trámites de entrada en el hotel. Y aparacar hemos tenido que ir bastante lejos y pagar zona verde por que el parquíng está completo.

Problème de climatisation ( le réceptionniste avait oublié de nous le dire à notre arrivée et le problème était existant depuis plusieurs semaine avant notre arrivée… Propreté laisse vraiment à désirer… L’établissement est très mal entretenu, fissures dans les murs, carrelage cassé dans la salle de bains, moisissures autour de la baignoire.

Hotel correcto necesita algún arreglo, Nuestra habitación era cómoda,cama enorme, armario grande y un baño también grande y con ducha enorme. La comida también estaba bastante bien y variada. A 20 minutos andando dando un paseo del centro ,o parada de autobús urbano al lado. Echamos en falta que la cafetería no abría hasta las 20 horas.
