Our Lakehouse sits on the beautiful & massive 690 miles of shoreline on Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove located in Townville, SC off Exit 11 on I85 & 5 minutes from Portman Marina & 20 minute drive to CU. This two story house sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is just steps from the back door to get to the dock with a smooth concrete path that has a nice gentle slope to it. This gorgeous Lake Front “Home away from home “ is centrally located between Anderson and Clemson on Lake Hartwell. This spacious lake home with beautiful views from 2 decks has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 10 guests. From beautiful decor to recreational equipment, we’re working to ensure your vacation to be memorable & carefree. There are 3 smart TV’s with Roku allowing you to access your personal streaming accounts. There are outside security cameras located at the front & back of house and at garages for the protection of the property and our guests. The nearby boat landing is within walking distance of the house. Many neighbors in the community utilize the road to enjoy an afternoon stroll. The house is set back from the main road. The driveway allows room for guests to park several vehicles, as well as a specific parking for boats and trailers. We can also provide gated parking and electric for your bass boats! On the main floor, the living room has a beautiful fireplace. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, keurig coffee pot, silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, and dish towels. Off the kitchen is a dining room and a laundry room with washer, dryer and second refrigerator. The master bedroom features a king bed with a master bath. There is a hall bath and a second bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a hall bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full bed and two twins. To enjoy the lake view, the screened in porch provides guests with a comfortable seating area. Just off of the screened in porch is an open deck with a gas grill. The home has a expansive detached back deck that has a nice covered area for relaxing and an open area for gathering and listening to music. Provided for your stay is fun outdoor recreational equipment. This includes life jackets ranging from your sizes to adult, water floats, a wagon to help transport your lake day materials, the traditional southern game of corn hole, and two kayaks. Just down the hill from the house is the private dock on deep water where you can spend your day relaxing on the water, swimming, laying in the sun, boating, fishing, and kayaking. We have provided outdoor seating that remains on the dock. Feel free to jump in for a nice swim or ease into the water using the ladder that extends into the lake. The boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie their boat on either side of the dock. If you want to rent a boat try Clemson Marina or Upstate Boat rentals. For fishermen we are convienently located near Green Pond boat landing. The picturesque views inside this 4 bed/4 bath house only pale in comparison to the direct waterfront access this property has to offer! Vast spaces for family and friends to make lasting memories while they relax, play hard and fellowship together!This home boasts a two-level living space with almost identical floor plans which is ideal for a multi-family stay. With a full kitchen, living space, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each level you'll have plenty of room to call your own. There are a total of nine (9) beds in this home which will accommodate up to 16 people comfortably. Parking is available on both levels with enough room for a truck and trailer if needed.The lake is a short walk down the path to a private dock. If you bring your own boat, or rent one, there is a slip available for docking. We are located on deep water which averages approximately 25 ft. off the dock (this varies depending on water levels which fluctuate). This means the walkway has a fairly steep incline, so that's something to be aware of.We provide the basic necessities (linens, pillows, bath and beach towels, toiletries, dishes, pots/pans, bakeware, flatware, etc.). You'll find anything else you may need within a 15 minute drive to Clemson Blvd (off Exit 19).
