The apartment is located in a newly built house (with elevator) in the 2nd Floor overlooking the Alps. Everything is built barrier-free, so that also guests with a slight disability get along well (but not suitable for Rullstuhlfahrer). The place is located between Lake Starnberg and Ammersee. Also public with S-Bahn, regional train and bus (bus stop
opposite the street) Machtlfing is easily accessible. Our area (5 lakes) is well visited by hikers and cyclists.
Nordic walking routes are signposted.
The apartment is equipped with high quality TV, WiFi, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is integrated in the 40 m² large living room. The apartment itself has 94 m². They are high rooms with bevels. The underfloor heating ensures balanced heat everywhere. A ventilation system ensures constant temperatures in winter and summer.
The house has a Wasserentkalkungsanlage installed, which provides soft water, which is also felt when showering and bathing. The bathroom is equipped with bath and shower without barrier as well as a large sink, mirror and toilet. The second. Badraum has a 2. WC, large sink with mirror and a washing machine with clothes dryer.
The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, extra sink, microwave, egg cooker, filter coffee machine and
Water heater. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils that make self-catering possible.
The apartment has a parking space in the yard.
The 6-meter-long balcony faces south-east, so that the morning sun invites you to have breakfast on the balcony.
In the area there are many attractions. Munich is also within easy reach in 30 - 40 minutes. In summer, the nearby lakes invite you to go swimming or sailing.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was perfectly located for day trips in the region and into Munich. The host met us as we pulled into the parking lot. The apartment had coffee and other essentials. There was even a jar of home made jelly waiting for us.
The apartment was the perfect size for 4 adults.
We would definitely recommend staying here.

Erholungsurlaub
Wir waren als Familie in der Unterkunft, wollten das Umland erkunden und gemütliche Abende verbringen.Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt.Von der Unterkunft aus waren Ammer- und Starnberger See, sowie München mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen.Weitere Ziele halt mit dem Auto, das brauchte man auch für Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs, aber alles im Nachbarort vorhanden.Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Herzblut her- und eingerichtet worden - da fehlt es wirklich an nichts.Wir fahren seit über 20 Jahren in Ferienwohnungen, haben es aber noch nie erlebt, dass wir unsere "Urlaubsausstattung" nicht benötigt haben.Zusammenfassend ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit unterschiedlichen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten für alle Altersklassen in der Umgebung und eine sehr schöne, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !Vielen Dank an die sehr angenehmen Vermieter und viele Grüße aus Niedersachsen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Oma und Opa mit Tochter und Enkel hatten eine perfekte Zeit. Vermieterin sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Gerne wieder 😘

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. In der Ferienwohnung gab es alles, was eine Familie für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Von hier aus konnten wir unsere Ausflüge (München, Zugspitze, Neuschwanstein, ...) gut starten. Ab Tutzing sind wir auch mit der Bahn unterwegs gewesen. Das machte die Ausflüge noch entspannter. Auch das Kloster in Andechs und die dazugehörige Brauerei waren einen Besuch wert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen, denn wir haben lange noch nicht alles gesehen :)

Schöner Urlaub in Machtlfing
Der Urlaub in Machtlfing hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen und die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war wirklich schön, sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Ausstattung war super, aber einen Smart-TV gab es leider nicht. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, allerdings ist man meist auf ein Auto angewiesen.
