有個男生前台服務一般，要了我們證件之後還問我家庭住址？好奇怪。然後衞生間換氣扇打不開，向他反饋，他説讓維修人員上來看，也一直沒來。
房間和酒店都還行吧，乾淨衞生，設施也比較新，總體還是推薦的。

No free coffee in the lobby, no room cleaning for stays less than 7 days. The George Jetson decor looked comical and cheap. They had some air freshener in my room that was probably hip but I thought it stunk. I'd stay away if you're over 30 years old and not a hipster doofus.

The Aloft Anchorage is a fresh fun take on hotel stays! If you've ever stayed in the Moxy in Amerstam or the Citizen M in London then the vibe will feel familiar. For those of you who haven't but want to try it, we think that you're in for a treat! Fun, clean, comfy, and innovative - what more could you want.

Had a bad view of the front door awning. Not the best. There was a noise that sounded like water rushing through the walls all night long. Other than that the room was super clean the staff was amazing and the front desk employee this morning 5/14 assisted us with late check out shopping locations laundry services. She was awesome.

The walls must be thin or the people on our floor were noisy. It was hard to keep out child sleep due to people laughing and talking until almost midnight.
Additionally, the lack of door to the bathroom/shower made it a challenge to put and keep our son asleep. While we love the loft feeling we don’t recommend it if you have a child that needs the quiet to fall asleep.

Newer hotel room was small but very clean and nice. Was a little noisy from the street noise but not bad. the no door to give pricey when in the shower was a bit odd lol

Good location and lots of parking. However the cigarette butts by the back door exit were disgusting.
