This cozy space is a downstairs unit of a 4plex located in the Fairview Neighborhood. You'll be able to kick your shoes off and relax, with easy travel from the airport (less than 15 minute drive), just 5 minutes from downtown, and quick access to the highway to go North or South out of town. And after spending your days adventuring around our beautiful state, this space is great for getting a relaxing night in.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 3 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Convenient to downtown and airport
It worked out fine for our night-before-a-flight stay, I'd look elsewhere if I were spending more time in Anchorage

I have been in touch with your traveler care team about a full refund. I sent pictures to describe the horrible conditions at this location.

Anchorage Overnight
5 of us stayed after a day skiing at Alyeska and backcountry skiing. It was a great size, nice and open living room to hang out in. Very clean and neat!

Our host was very gracious with offering to help with anything we needed. The property was very comfortable and clean and well supplied with everything needed. I would stay again.
