Unwind at this unique 2 story multi-unit house. Enjoy over 1800 sq ft on your side. This unique converted garage on the main floor. All new recliner furniture this year. Still enjoy the mini game area darts, foodball, and arcade. Kitchen has granite counters and cupboards are stocked with necessary dry goods. And the kitchen has all the needed pots pans and gadgets to make an Alaskan meal. 2nd floor enjoys great street and sunrise view from the upstairs windows with 140 degree windows. Master bedroom including a California king bed with custom en-suite shower made from Alaskan slate from Hope, AK.. Custom cascade shower. Featured bench as well as shower chair if needed. All bathroom necessities provided. Master bedroom opens out to your private balcony with hot tub. All year! The Jr. Master en-suite has now a new full size bed. Above is a comfy private loft and can accommodate more sleeping. 4 TV’s with all the entertainment apps provided in every room for your convenience andperaonal wind down time. Also has as TV antenna for up to the minute local news and fishing and hunting reports. This unique hideaway has parking private yard from alley access. The shared private parking yard is Large enough area can accommodate up to two more vehicles. You will find all the simple comforts of home. Full size washer and dryer, hairdryer, curling iron, laundry soap, iron, iron board, games cards, books for kids, small toy area. Of course a small dedicated workstation upstairs with desk. Charging station and desk lamp. WiFi. Utiize the comfy full/twin bunk bed downstairs when accommodating a larger group. There is a small toilet closet downstairs for convenience.
The grill will be available as well. There is also a patio out the master bedroom. Semi sunset views from patio. Perfect for our needs. We took day trips all around Anchorage and other parts of Alaska and it was easily within distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Great location, five to ten minutes away from everything in Anchorage including restaurants, Walmart, and Costco. Tons of space. The owners were awesome! They were very quick to answer any questions we had, and they helped us out in a number of ways, such as: providing bear spray for hikes and a fishing pole for the kids when we asked. The arcade games and foosball table were a big hit with the kids. We were able to cook a bunch of meals in the kitchen so we didn't have to go out to eat every meal. Having a grill to use was great too! After hiking and exploring Alaska each day, it was always wonderful to be able to relax at night in the hot tub. Everything in the house was very nice and you can tell a lot of thought was put into how it is arranged and maintained. There are a ton of little touches provided that make traveling much easier, eg. coffee pods, laundry machines and soap, shampoo and body wash, and more. We had a family of seven and were very comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed Alaska
We enjoyed our stay in Alaska. This place was suitable and the bed’s are comfortable. The sofas very comfortable as well. The showers were nice too. The pictures were accurate. The neighbor was quiet and had a nice park just around the corner from this place. The only thing I must be honest is the instructions are bare minimum and there isn't any form to communicate other than this app. With the property manager. Also while we were sleeping we could hear airplanes and the train passing. Oh and there isn’t any A/C.

Fun place!
Nice little place for mixed ages 3-63. Close to many things! We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again!!

Great place for families
Clean and inviting space. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. My kids loved the set up in the living room. Plus there are board games and toys for rainy days. Hot tub is such a bonus. My kids also loved that were was a near by park. They also think of things you might have forgotten like razors or wipes. Unrelated but make sure you check the address if you use location services for Uber eats. All around lovely place. Would book again.

Good, clean place to stay for a reasonable rate.
This property is not flashy for curb appeal, but a nice surprise inside. The bedrooms are very nice upstairs. The main floor is a bit of a "man cave", but very functional.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay. Had everything we needed for a week long trip. Kids loved the games available to play. Easy location to get around Anchorage and eagle river

was fun
this is a really fun place for kids that want to have a fun place to stay. we didn't use the loft because it was very dangerous looking. There are no windows in the downstairs area but the upstairs is really nice with lots of windows. it was fun having a hot tub but the temperature wasn't that high. but we enjoyed the outdoor seating near the hot tub anyway. Does not sleep as many as it says we were lucky we brought a cot with us. Don't get this place if your family likes privacy or their own space. the bathrooms are all inside of other rooms. 2 bathrooms are in bedrooms and one is in the living room/rec room area. I was happy with a full size stove and good cookware supplied. the fridge is a full size and a freezer in it all worked great. they provide a smoking area outside with seating.
