the rooms offer excellent value for the price, but i rated it 3 stars because the tv was not functional. the front desk staff were cordial, polite, and attentive, always accommodating our requests without hesitation. however, the frequent power outages were a drawback. while the property does have an inverter, the interruptions, especially at night, were frustrating. this issue might be seasonal, as i stayed there during winter (december 23–26, 2024).

Its a good property with reasonable price. Heaters were running from 8pm to 1am and then in morning from 8am to 11pm. Beware that every where in kashmir they try to ask for extra money and tips.

Our stay was excellent. Location is prime very near to taxi stand and food was amazing. Imran and hussain were very helpful throughout our stay and were always ready to help us with any query. They were knowledgeable about all the places in pahalgam and helped us to manage our itinerary better

L'hotel è un po' all'interno del villaggio locale che offre una vista sorprendente della natura. Ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno, il riscaldamento in camera e il riscaldamento a letto sono disponibili. Il servizio è estremamente rapido. Ci hanno anche fornito colazione complementare. We had planned a trip pivoting around Srinagar, Pahalgam, Sonmarg and Gulmarg. This was our stop for rest at Pahalgam which is a beautiful place and to support it’s beauty was this amazing, cozy, homely resort. It has a perfect location situated on the slope of the mountain adobed in sky-reaching pines with an astonishing view of the Lidder river ***** with the constant soothing sound of the waterfalls made by the glacier. We booked 3 rooms and each room was cozy due to its cathedral roof and its wooden build. The bedrooms, washrooms are clean and tidy and especially the beds are neat and clean. The beds also have heaters installed in them when you experience cold nights. The staff was hardworking, cooperative, welcoming and homely. Surprisingly, we were supplied with hot water even when the electricity was out. Shoukatji is the receptionist who showed us our rooms. Muntazirji carried our luggages and were there to help us whenever we needed it. Javaidji made delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and Mohammedji politely served us the food and kept us good company incase we needed more food. The overall experience in this resort was ambient, welcoming, cozy and home-like. I would definitely book this resort again the next time I visit Pahalgam!
