Pros: Hotel was good with all basic amenities and food is good. Cons: WiFi does not work most of the time and TV does not have any useful channels, only few free unwanted channels that too does not receive signals.

Mind-blowing location with great landscape and superb interiors/exteriors. Excellent staff . The staff was very curtious and customer oriented. I would like to come again for a longer duration. This time it was 13 - 14 th Nov 2024. The surrounding environment and view

Hotel Service was very pathetic. They have fixed time for Hot water (5:30 AM to 9:30 AM). They don’t have strong network of WiFi due to that we have faced lot of issues. Regarding food - As per my opinion road side Maggi was good compare to their Dinner and breakfast. It’s not worth to pay and stay over there.

This is on one of the best hotels in Pahalgam. Resort premises and rooms are very beautiful with amazing view of river lidder and snowy mountains. The food they provide is yummy with wide range of options. Rooms are cozy and spacious with TV , wifi, heater , power backup etc. Overall a good and budget friendly choice.

The only good thing about this hotel was it's location over a mountain top overlooking the river. 1. Hotel and rooms are dated. 2. Most importantly... No room heating arrangement was provided. 3. No lift 4. Small restaurant with very limited breakfast and dinner menu. Very chaotic as well. 5. Rooms on ground floor were very noisy. We had a booking for 2 nights but we moved to another hotel after spending just one night. My suggestion will be to avoid as there are better options available.

I booked 3 rooms,stay was not satisfactory,there is no room heaters or power blankets in the room ,in our family senior citizen and infent with us but they didn't provide room heaters,staff was not helping,rude.rooms was not up to the mark ,food was average not recommended at all.

Room was ok kinds in this price range hot water was not available in morning my son bathed in cold water after an hr it was supplied. Food was of very low quality though after 3 attempt they provide us an edible poha. Staff was cordial and trying their best.
