Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim at the Park

因為行程有變，第一天到的時候就説能否少住一晚，然後協商扣一定費用少住一晚，但無論如何也不同意。大家謹慎訂房。 説要退一個11美金的款，也還沒有收到。 隔音效果也很差，樓上的一點動靜聽得一清二楚。

We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff was absolutely the best! We will stay again🥰 we loved having the pool and play ground so close for our little one!

Hotel location/ease of access: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Disneyland / The Grand Californian Hotel. It is just across the street from Disney's employee parking lot. Hotel parking: At the time of our stay, there was no charge for parking at the hotel. They do charge a $10/night "resort" fee, since this is a standard-type Quality Inn, I am validating that in my mind as a parking charge, as in my opinion, this is not a resort-style hotel. Hotel Amenities: Pool: We stayed mid-May 2024 and the outside pool was heated to 75*F. The spa was appropriately heated to 102*F. The pool and spa were sparkling clean and I observed them being cleaned and chemicals checked every morning of our stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was good. The staff member in charge of the breakfast service ensured that all the food was refreshed in a timely manner. Elevator:: This hotel has 2 floors. This hotel does not have elevators. Non-smoking hotel: This hotel claims to be a 100% non-smoking hotel. Our experience demonstrated this claim to be true. Our room (#110) did not smell of smoke. We also did not encounter the smell of smoke in the public areas. Room space/comfort level: Our room was spacious and had 2 Queen sized beds and 1 double bed. The beds were clean, fresh, well-made and comfortable. Room Location/Noise level: We were assigned room 110, which is a ground level room. We did not hear anyone in the room next door to us. We did hear people walking and talking in the corridor outside, but it was not intrusive. Room: The AC unit in the room blew directly onto the double bed. This might be an issue for some, but for us we switched occupants around so the hottest sleeper in the family slept in that bed. Flooring: The room had wood laminate flooring and it was clean. Lighting in room: We were unable to stop the light from coming in underneath the curtains in the room. Hotel staff: The staff at this hotel were professional, helpful and kind. I requested an extra comforter upon check-in and it was provided very quickly! Overall: Pros: The location was perfect. The room and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Hot tub was awesome. Hotel staff were professional and helpful. Free parking. Cons: Some corridor noise. Lots of light underneath the curtains. No elevator. Pet peeves: Pool only heated to 75*F. $10/night "resort" fee. In the future when we go to this area, we will happily stay at this hotel again.

The place is a good distance away from Disney main entrance, and plenty of restaurants around. We had a room with two queen beds, and asked for an additional folding bed that hotel staff provided. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. The pool is not that big but a great addition. Ample parking space is also available on site.

We stayed in a Family Suite 5pax which consisted of 2x small queen beds in common room and a very small double bed in a small bedroom. It had tea and coffee facilities, bar fridge, tv, bathroom with bath. The small bedroom did not have a tv and the air conditioner was very noisy. The room was nice and clean, housekeeping came only when asked not automatically every day. We made great use of the pool and outdoor seating. Management were giving the hotel a facelift on the outside with all staff on deck, painting, tiling - whatever needed doing, Jack of all trades they were. Breakfast was included in our tariff and was good but could do with a change in hot items every few days as scrambled eggs and sausage cooked same way was monotonous. Next door to Denny's eatery which is nice. It is within a 20 min walk to Disneyland. Reception was able to organise a Uber for transport to Huntington Beach and back at a reasonable cost. All staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. This hotel however did over-charge us, which was not very good for business. Our Australian travel agent told us this hotel quoted $1942AU for 5pax, 6nights but when we got there hotel charged our credit card $2638AU, that's nearly $700 AU over charged and now wont reply to travel agents emails with explanation. Very disappointed, not sure whom to believe - Travel agent or Hotel!

Family Disney trip. LOVED the courtyard, flowers, fountain and soothing music every morning at breakfast. We stayed 4 days. Comfy room, 15 min walk to Disney park, breakfast every morning, pool for kids, hot tub for mom and dad, and a VERY friendly staff. I would stay here again.

The pool was closed. Couldn't get a refund. Very rude front desk. The room was dirty. Never will stay here again. I just needed a pool for my kids to have something to do. Room also smelled. Very gross

We put together a last minute trip to Disneyland last weekend to enjoy the return of the Main Steet Electrical Parade and stayed for the first time at Quality Inn and Suites on Harbor Blvd. Over the years I have come to appreciate the Choice Hotels, but even so, I wondered how our room would be as we had a travel party of five. The hotel is compact and makes an L around a parking lot that features a small pool, but the rooms are incredibly well maintained, clean and effective. Our suite comfortably fit five adults and was a quiet night after our buy time in the parks. The beds were soft, the air conditioning spot on and the hotel serves a breakfast in the lobby for guests each morning. We are planning on staying again. If you want no frills, but a good, economical place to sleep and get to the parks--mere minutes away--this would be a good choice for you and your family. Happy Travels!
