La posizione è molto buona, l'hotel è vicino alla stazione. C'è un minimarket al piano di sotto e ogni mattina c'è una colazione a buffet! Ma l'atteggiamento del personale deve essere migliorato, sono arrivato in hotel solo quella sera per il check-in e il personale ha continuato a guardare verso ovest. . . .

Siamo stati qui per 5 notti, uno del personale cinese (ho dimenticato il suo nome) molto disponibile, è salita e ha controllato la mia stanza per vedere se la mia stanza era già truccata, mi ha detto che mancava manodopera, quindi dopo essere tornato dalla cena la mia stanza dovrebbe essere ripulito. Mi informa anche se cenare al ristorante è meglio prenotare perché la notte in AMS ci sono partite di campionato di calcio, la maggior parte del ristorante potrebbe essere piena. Dopo essere tornati dalla cena, ci ha accompagnato, è tornata in camera e ha controllato il telecomando della TV difettoso, ci ha aiutato a cambiare dal loro ufficio di manutenzione. Sono molto grato che il personale del Mercure sia disponibile e gentile, lo consiglierò sicuramente ad altri.

ho prenotato con mesi di anticipo e quindi il prezzo era competitivo per Amsterdam. albego moderno, facile raggiungere il centro con il bus 22. la fermata della metro è vicinissima anche se è il capolinea. buona pulizia, ottimo wifi. nell'edificio è presente un burger king. è in una zona un pò isolata, intorno c'è poco. dovete sempre mettere in conto di spostarvi.

Io e il mio migliore amico stavamo cercando un hotel economico vicino a una festa a cui avremmo partecipato. È stato un pernottamento. Presto siamo finiti al Leonardo Hotel (rembrandpark) tramite trip.com. Questo hotel era raggiungibile a piedi, situato in un parco. La prenotazione è andata bene e anche la nostra richiesta extra (camera in altezza) è stata soddisfatta. Dall'ottavo piano avevamo una bellissima vista su Amsterdam. Il personale era estremamente cordiale e c'era un'atmosfera informale. Non un completo a tre pezzi, ma delizioso in jeans, pantaloni della tuta e poter fare colazione da solo con un cappello. Niente era troppo pazzo. Le camere erano pulite e ordinate. C'era una macchina Nespresso per fare il caffè. C'era un asse da stiro con ferro da stiro disponibile. E in bagno un asciugacapelli e il miglior bagnoschiuma che abbia mai fatto in una stanza d'albergo. In cima all'edificio c'era il tetto, un'area accogliente con una vista ancora migliore sulla città, dove ci si può rilassare con musica lounge in sottofondo. La colazione era molto abbondante con: uova fritte, uova strapazzate, salsicce, fagioli bianchi al pomodoro, croissant, toast, girelle al cioccolato, poffertjes, creme dolci e salate, frutta fresca, spremute fresche etc etc. Se vado di nuovo ad Amsterdam, tornerò sicuramente qui

We had a great stay at Urban Lodge. We booked a connecting room which really suited us as a family, the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had a mini fridge in one of the rooms which was handy. The beds were really comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet for a hotel (no banging doors, loud voices in the corridor or traffic noise). You do have to let the hotel know in advance if you want your room cleaned during your stay (it's not done automatically). Breakfast was plentiful with a good range- only point for improvement here would be to have another member of staff as it did take a little while for crockery/utensils/food to be replenished. Nevertheless, the staff who were doing breakfast did work hard at keeping up with everything! The hotel is really well placed for visiting Amsterdam, we brought a travel card and used trains to get about. There is a direct train to Sloterdijk from the airport (takes about fifteen minutes) and they run very regularly.From Sloterdijk there is a direct train into Amsterdam central (takes about five minutes) and again they run very regularly. The hotel is about a five minute walk from Sloterdjik station. There's a Spar supermarket at the station which sells really good value fresh food which we used a few times. All the staff, at the hotel, were friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Urban Lodge for a stay in Amsterdam.

Super like the room and high recommended in Amsterdam. The hotel is near by Amsterdam Sloterdijk with walking distance about 5mins. However it is not close to Amsterdam Centraal but it still very convenient to travel to Central via bus 22 and intercity train. The Room is very big with the full kitchens facilities, fridge and washing dishes machine. The bed super comfort with king size mattress and we were sleep very well every night during our accommodation. The hotel always stay at nice smell fragrance and we are very like it and definitely will recommend to others and will be come back to stay.

Personale gentile e disponibile, stanze pulite molto luminose con ampie finestre. Doccia spettacolare molto spaziosa. Pulizia della stanza buona ma cambio lenzuola non giornaliero. Appena si esce dall'hotel ci sono le fermate tram e bus per il centro di Amsterdam, ed anche se non é posizione centrale lo si raggiunge molto facilmente. Esperienza più che positiva, ci tornerei sicuramente.
