The hotel is about 20 minute walking from centraal station or 10 minute walking from the nearest metro station. But, they provide shuttle to and from the centraal station. The room is spacious with bathtub. The service is very good. The gym is quite large. It’s a nice place for pampering oneself.

Upon our arrival at Centraal Station (Ferry Station) on 02/11/22 @ 4.15pm, we made a call to request for a shuttle. Less than 10mins the driver came but drove away in front of us without stopping by to pick us up. Thereafter we made a call again to hotel to ask the driver come back. After the 15 mins of waiting (travelling with a baby and weather is cold and total waiting time is 25 mins). The driver finally arrived, i asked him why he never stopped to check around if there is any guests waiting for him. He said i shouted at him and asked to carry my heavy luggages up to the van by myself because he is not happy and complaint to the other guest who is also taking the same shuttle. I even had to open the van back door to reloaded the luggages by myself also when arrived at the hotel.
This is the most terrible service I ever encountered. Initially I was looking very forward to stay in this hotel but I was ill-treated by this driver. I hope the management will look into this matter. This not the kind of service provide to the guest. I will not stay or recommend this hotel to my friends.

Un buon hotel. Pulito, spazioso e personale gentilissimo. Pur lontano dal centro dispone di una navetta gratuita che ti porta nel cuore della città. Molto silenzioso e con letto comodissimo. La divisione in muratura all'interno del bagno fra locale con water e le docce/lavandino può risultare non molto conveniente. Il prezzo per notte, pur salatissimo, è uno dei più bassi della città. Consiglio per chi volesse vedere Amsterdam.

primo impatto da senso di scialbo e mal curato, porta a vetri ingresso principale sporca, poca manutenzione tipo porte automatiche che non funzionano, impianto di cnizionamento non funzionante e tere temosifone bagno non funzionante. parcheggio a pagamento

Hotel molto carino, facile da raggiungere dall'aeroportobin quanto col treno arrivi in stazione, di fronte prendi il traghetto gratis e appena sbarchi all'altro lato segui la strada e in 10' te lo trovi sulla sinistra, ben curato, pulito, buona la colazione, camere spaziose con frigo bar e grande finestra, peccato il bagno senza aeratore, e poi visto la situazione particolare che stiamo vivendo, ditemi come è possibile che nessuno del personale indossa la mascherina, ai piani le signore delle pulizie senza mascherina, idem alla colazione, forse l'unico che la indossavo ero io. Ah dimenticavo c'è la navetta free che ti lascia o direttamente in stazione durante il giorno oppure davanti i traghetti. Detto ciò da provare sperando che le accortezze vengano quanto prima messe in atto.

We really enjoyed the quieter location here. The shuttle bus was a bonus, though we used the free ferry and walked the short journey to the hotel a few times too. Rooms were clean with really comfortable beds. All the staff we encountered at the front desk, bar and driving the shuttle were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in the Noord. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Sebastian and Lex in the pub are awesome. The food there is especially good. Shauraune, Raabia and Nina are great at the front desk!

The staff is what makes this hotel unlike any other. They are courteous and do everything they can to make your stay a pleasant one. The unexpected offering of a free shuttle to Amsterdam Central Stations is an appreciated bonus allowing a variety of discoveries to other cities via the NS train system. Drivers Ricardo was especially helpful with ideas

The front end staff is amazing. Kind and courteous and and respond immediately to our needs. They truly make us feel like family. Their smiles aren’t just pasted on. They come from there heart. Raabia always goes the extra mile. You have much to be proud of with a staff like this. Thank you Anne Hanson
