這個酒店主要是在阿姆斯特丹市中心，價格相對其他地方比較優惠，到室內面積還是比較小的，兩個人住勉強可以的，若是有行李的話，就不好處理了！

The customer service was fantastic, I asked for a microwave and both employees were happy to help. Also, when I first checked in the process was incredibly easy and straight forward. The room itself was clean and the complimentary coffee was good. The bathroom was clean as well and well kept.

Per chi ha voglia di godersi la parte più verde di Amsterdam ma non allontanarsi troppo dal centro della città, questa è la location giusta che fa per voi! Personale accogliente, disponibile e molto gentile, aspetto non così semplice da trovare al giorno d'oggi. Le stanze sono luminose e molto pulite. La colazione è molto semplice ma non manca niente 😋 Consigliato!

Molto soddisfatti della posizione, vicino a Vondelpark in una zona davvero tranquilla e a soli 5 minuti dal tram 2, uno dei principali mezzi per raggiungere il centro. Purtroppo la pulizia è scarsissima, la moquette era davvero sporca e le lenzuola non sono state cambiate dato che erano presenti briciole di cornetti e capelli altrui, oltre a presentare le sagome dei corpi che ci hanno dormito prima. Camera minuscola in cui non si riusciva a camminare e neanche ad aprire le valigie senza sbattere contro le pareti e il letto. Il bagno anche era molto piccolo, ma è sembrato abbastanza pulito. Fortunatamente abbiamo passato le nostre giornate fuori, siamo stati in hotel solo la notte.

What a wonderful hotel! First time in Amsterdam, stayed for three nights here. Location is perfect, a lot of greenery and quiet and calm streets. Nearest tram stop and stores are less than a five minute walk away, so although we spent most of our time out in the city, picking up some snacks and winding down at the hotel in the evening was easy and comfortable. A lot of restaurants in the area as well, a whole street of them. Staff were really friendly and easy to talk to, helpful with any and every question we had. Breakfast was cosy and simple but it was delicious and free of charge, saving us from the hassle of figuring out a place to eat before heading out into the city. Staff kept checking everything was available and restocked things as soon as they ran out. Coffee, tea, small snacks and the juice dispenser were also available 24/7 and free to use. Umbrellas in the reception to take with you in case it rains and a possibility to rent a bike if it's sunny! Room itself was clean and simple as well, TV and Chromecast were available so I could watch whatever I wanted through my phone on there. Our room was on the first floor but there is also an elevator if you're staying in the upper floors. If I had to find something to complain about, I'd say the duvet was maybe a bit too warm for spring, but that's an easy fix. Air conditioning worked wonders and the blackout curtains kept the sun out. Nothing else to complain about, really. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed for 2 nights with my partner. We had a double room, as everyone says the room is small but was fine for us. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was really good with quite a selection. Book in was super easy, all the staff were great. We were on the 4th floor but was not a problem as there is a lift. 20 minute walk to the museums through vondel park. Will stay again. Thanks

The price was good, the hotel is almost new, the only thing was the the elevator was not working.
