I stayed for teo nights in a deluxe room at quality inn elite hotel, it was totally worth the money because the location is excellent very close to tourist attractions like golden temple. The breakfast in the hotel was also queit delicious and talking about the hospitality of this hotel. Its too good

Returned to hotel after my last stay in October was extremely happy as the front desk staff have been now replaced with a very supportive front desk manager who has assisted us well, we are currently staying 21 nights and will leave extensive feed back after our stay as we use Suba hotels for our business stays in India and have been staying at Quality iInn Elite since 2023 the following has been our experience to date and we are extending our stay due to the staff services and care provided: Restaurant staff have been exemplary and Anuradha, has been assisting us since 2023 she is one of the most valuable assets the hotel has and her care and attention has always been efficient, courteous and she is a leading member of the team and one of the reasons we return to the hotel regular from UK, we would be obliged if the management will consider our humble request and value Anuradha as she is a very professional employee and should be recognised and given a role which reflects her customer care approach, we feel she has a lot more to offer and should be utilised by the Suba Group and be rewarded for her exemplary customer service. We also wish to recognise Karan and Harsh who have been serving us for the past 5 days we can confirm they are very polite professional and above all efficient, again they have been serving us for the last 2 years and we feel again valuable assets to the company. We will continue to revive the staff and hotel up to the date we leave but are please to say we have now extended our stay up to 29 March and will return again in September, we hope Suba group will listen to and take note of our recommendations above and we will be available at the hotel should the hotel senior management wish to discuss anything to improve the services at the hotel, thank you Suba Group for providing a quality hotel and now with staff who truly care
