Hotel A Star - 50 From Golden Temple

Due to an issue with another hotel we ended up staying at the hotel A Star. We were able to book rooms last minute. Staff were excellent, very attentive and polite. It was room only, tea/coffee available in room. Beds were comfortable. AC in room and ceiling fan which was a good it was good to sleep easily due tiredness. Hotel room was very clean. Location was spot on and l would definitely stay again

Very good hotel to stay. Nice location near to Golden Temple. Good food!! Very friendly staff! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Amo il soggiorno, la cena e il servizio.Il personale è molto gentile. Eravamo tre persone e abbiamo fatto letto extra, tutto era molto igienico e comodo.

La prima volta a Amritsar e il tempo in cui ho avuto un bel tempo in vacanza in hotel, il personale dell'hotel era al massimo di notte e mi ha fatto sentire molto confortevole e benvenuto grazie a neeraj alla reception .. le camere erano enormi e sono state aggiornate alla deluxe camera.. Grazie speciali al signor Raghav Sharma (debito ***ager) che ha lasciato il suo cammino per assicurarmi che io fossi comodo e anche a Jaykrishna ,kanta, sohan al resto che ha partecipato a tutte le mie esigenze molto bene.. e per il desktop ppl tutti erano molto bene...sono sicuramente tornato ad Amritsar e sempre rimarrò a Holiday Inn... consiglierei molto questo hotel a tutti.. e anche questo hotel dovrebbe certamente ottenere una valutazione 5 stelle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

We stayed for 4 nights, loved the ambience and service throughout. After we checked out we went to stay in Taj but were disappointed with Taj and came back to stay in this heritage hotel which we found to be better than Taj Amritsar. Located 5 mins drive from the airport, tucked away in a quiet location that we found very safe as they have security guard on duty 24/7. The area around is green with fields giving you authentic feel of Punjab. Propriety itself is well maintained on daily basis and hold Punjabi ambience with service to match it. From check in to check out we very impressed with the whole experience, nothing was too much and went an extra mile to provide us the anything we wanted. The property has a large and a small outdoor pool, if it gets dirty due to trees and shrubs in the area they clean it immediately by emptying the pool which can eat into your day if you wanted to relax by the pool, but we enjoyed our swim each day. The property is full of plants and trees with huge lawn to have that lovely walk in the morning as well as roof top to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The staff is friendly and provides good service, but staff in the restaurant can do with a bit more smiles and a service touch up. The food was tasty but can be warm in the buffet but happy to bring out fresh breads. The buffet can be kept warmed with burners and also replacing lids at all times as people usually leave them off the containers. We had fun with Turban tying and went on a tractor ride into the local village by the canal, it was an awesome experience. We stayed in Bunty da Kamra and loved it. The room was clean, hygienic and shower powerful. Basic toiletries and towels are provided. The rooms are cleaned everyday and has tea/coffee facilities that is replenished by the staff but can be a hit and miss with stocking up but they always come back to refill on request. Overall an excellent heritage stay and will definitely stay again. A special thanks to Harminder urf Harry who looked after us well. The staff is an asset to the hotel.
