seriously not recommended , this hotel location near the mall but this is hotel like hotel budget if you are no local kl , to find this hotel a bit difficult and confusing

Im a regular customer here since 2021 but i think this hotel got worst. The room is not clean, water is leaking at the toilet. The room is smelly. And not clean. I was so satisfied during my stay 2021 but now i dont think i will repeat this hotel again. So unhygienic

Better pay attention to taps in the toilet the sink..dies not serve the purpose..leakings..not even a cup worst still no bottled drjng water given in the room..

Hotel in nearest melawati mall. Just spend for bored night here

The management did not update hotel staff on hotel app booking... When I want to help my guest to check in , they did not have my booked room because they already gave to other guest. PLEASE don't put your hotel room booking at any hotel app if you cannot do it! Very bad service!!!

This is what i have go thru past few days, in 2020 i check in in this hotel, its great at that time, clean and all common property in good condition, but in 2023 all have change my perception on this hotel, okay bathroom, okay air conditioner state but few roaches here and there in the room, if you want to stay here, bring your own pesticide to kill those roaches and i dont even want to look under bed for more 'investigation', the elevator almost in dying state

budget hotel setup. alot parking spaces. nearby mall and shops

service very low .room and toilet very dirty .annoying .better booking another hotel

Saya menempah bilik satu katil queen dengan satu katil bujang tiga hari dua malam tetapi hotel hanya mampu memberikan satu bilik katil berkembar. Penyambut tetamu menyatakan tidak akan membayar balik wang yang lebih walaupun bilik diberi suduh turun gred rendah. Saya akan mengadu perkara ini kepada kementerian pelancongan. Penyambut tetamu tidak sopan. Tiada kakitangan membersihkan bilik. Bilik ada semut. Ini adalah hotel yang paling teruk pernah saya tinggal dan saya tidak akan kembali ke hotel ini.
