very accommodating friendly receptionist one of Malay girl. she's amazing and humble person... the room is fine the location ok. highly recommend.

I really like the friendly frontdesk staff lady. I love that theres a cat just sit at the loby couch 🥰. Its a really big room for single room. Got hot water n hair dryer, body soap n shampoo n electric kettle. No cofee, tea toothbrush or shower cap. The tv is okay got general chanel. But suprisingly got iron n ironboard with a really big wardrobe. Overall i like my stay there. Just the frontdesk counter really high ahaha i need to tiptoe to sign the form 😆

During my stay this time it is unfortunate that the lif broke down n its sunday....repair will only be done on following monday.Have to climb up the stair throughout our stay. Also am upset as i only get my room at 4.30pm, was told to wait for 1.5hr.

First and my last time here. Was denied the room i booked and offered me the smaller one. After few arguments finally got it. Room was quite dirty. Dust and strands of hair here and there. Also to my surprise found a small roach in my room. The lift was as most people commented very old and need to replace ASAP. Got trapped for about 5 minutes inside. Mold inside the toilet as well.

LOCATION :- Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking ROOM :- We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay. STAFF :- They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service. LIFT :- It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅 OVERALL :- The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine. Thank you 😄

Short stay with family. Good location , very convenient. Many eateries around.

Room very smelly , exchange 3 rooms also same , ask reception how ? She said is like this ..... No room fo exchange and no refund , burn my 2 night accomadation .

has very wide space and clean room with all necessities that are usefull plus complete. very comfortable

We were told by the night shift front desk that the aircond were already service and works just fine but in reality the aircond was not cool at all. I was sleeping sweating the whole night. I can't blame the staff but the manager in duty should not put customer in a dysfunctional room in the first place.. because we pay rm96/night and we need to get good night sleep and comfortable after a long trip.. the 2nd issue was there were sewerages smells coming out of the toilet and its very frustrating to smell it the whole night.. we book for 2 nights and i did call times the front desk and also talk to them face to face to request for room replacement.. at first they said the room will be ready by 2.30pm... then we wait until 3pm.. still no feedback.. then we pack our things and go straight to the front desk and ask them when will our room will be ready??? In just 1 minutes they gave us a key for our new room.. giving excuses that they are shortages on staff but that is clearly not customer problem.. the manager should hire more employee since the business so good.. i cant blame the staff.. they just doing their job.. the problem should be solve by the manager.. and pleasela dont put customer inside room that has problem like aircond not functioning, bad smell from the toilet.. come on la.. people pay for it.. it is not very nice feeling..
